We are looking for a forward-thinking, proactive Head of Marketing to join our team. This individual will plan out complex marketing calendars, write engaging outreach emails, coordinate social activities company-wide, manage an advanced funnel of leads, and test and measure new outreach and marketing strategies. We are hiring an experienced Community Associate to help us scale and support our community of Venture Capitalists. With the support of the Decile Group team, you will help oversee 1000s of venture capital managers across several communities . The ideal candidate will have community management experience in a startup accelerator program or equivalent.
