About the Role We are hiring an Enterprise Sales Director to lead strategic sales in our Healthcare vertical. This is a senior, quota-carrying role for an enterprise seller who operates as a business outcomes advisor, not a traditional product rep. Success in this role comes from insight, discipline, and credibility with executive buyers. You will run long, complex sales cycles where outcomes depend on your ability to diagnose real business problems, align stakeholders, and defend value under scrutiny. This role is not about demo-first selling. It is about problem framing, executive trust, and commercial judgment. What You'll Do Lead complex enterprise sales cycles by diagnosing root business problems before positioning solutions. Engage CIOs, COOs, Heads of Operations, Digital, and Business Leaders as a peer-level advisor Reframe customer challenges and quantify the cost of inaction, not just the benefit of change Build and execute strategic account plans grounded in customer economics and regulatory realities Map economic buyers, influencers, blockers, and internal politics within large organizations Coach internal champions and manage the buying process, not just sales stages Build ROI models and payback narratives even when data is incomplete Defend value through procurement and legal negotiations without defaulting to discounting Prepare rigorously for every meeting with clear hypotheses, objectives, and next steps Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Revenue Operations and Customer Success to ensure durable customer outcomes and expansions. What You Bring 8+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, ideally in Healthcare or other regulated industries A track record of closing large, complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals Deep business acumen with fluency in ROI, payback periods, operational efficiency, and cost of inaction Mastery of consultative discovery; you listen more than you talk Executive presence: structured, calm, and comfortable pushing back respectfully High emotional intelligence and the ability to build trust under pressure Strong commercial judgment around pricing, tradeoffs, and procurement dynamics A disciplined operating style with extreme respect for executive time Technology & AI Literacy You do not need to be an engineer—but you must be technologically fluent. About the Role The Technical Success Manager (TSM) role at Ushur combines deep technical acumen with strategic customer partnership. Responsibilities Strategic Customer Partnership Act as the primary post-sales point of contact for assigned enterprise accounts. Build and maintain executive-level relationships with customer sponsors, champions, and technical stakeholders. Drive value realization and ensure positive business outcomes for customers, directly influencing retention and expansion. Partner with Account Executives, Solution Engineers, and Product teams to create a seamless, unified customer journey. Technical Leadership & Solution Enablement Map customer processes, data flows, and architectures to Ushur’s capabilities and platform data model. Lead POCs, pilots, and solution delivery for strategic customers. Act as the voice of technical authority during onboarding and expansion phases, collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and Professional Services. Provide hands-on guidance to customers on AI-powered workflows, automation design, and advanced configurations. Translate customer requirements into scalable technical solutions and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture. Customer Advocacy & Value Realization Monitor key success metrics and proactively recommend strategies to maximize ROI. Drive adoption of new AI-powered product features and coach customer teams on best practices. Partner with customers to co-create roadmaps that unlock incremental value, revenue growth, and expansion opportunities. Act as the customer advocate internally, channeling feedback into Product, Engineering, and Executive teams to influence roadmap priorities. Qualifications Required Experience 8–10 years of combined Customer Success, Solution Engineering, or Technical Delivery Management experience in SaaS companies (must have). 5+ years managing complex enterprise relationships with 7–8 figure annual contracts (must have). Strong background in technical implementation, workflow automation, or AI-powered SaaS solutions. Proven ability to work directly with VP and C-level executives across both business and IT. Expertise in managing cross-functional internal resources and orchestrating seamless execution across multiple projects. Preferred Experience Prior experience as a Solution Engineer, Delivery Manager, or Technical Architect. Exposure to AI/ML-based platforms, automation frameworks, or no-code/low-code solutions.
