Proven experience delivering large-scale, performant, and accessible web applications. Strong understanding of frontend architecture, state management, and testing practices. Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product, design, and backend engineering teams. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and mentorship skills. Preferred: Experience leading technical initiatives and improving frontend platforms at scale. Familiarity with micro-frontend architecture, server-side rendering (SSR), and design systems. Contributions to open-source projects or internal tooling initiatives. Salary Range: 105,000 - 145,000 U.S. Venture's compensation range is specific to location and takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
