Supporting operational and compliance functions, managing documentation, and assisting in program management tasks. | Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of project coordination or related experience, proficiency in MS Office, and strong organizational skills. | USDEC is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Program Management & Compliance Analyst to support the growing operational and compliance needs of the Operations Department. This role is critical to maintaining audit readiness, tracking compliance documentation, and supporting financial and operational processes associated with increased federal funding. The Analyst will play a key role in managing administrative and tracking functions related to contracts, invoices, expense reports, and compliance documentation. Working closely with the Operations Coordinator, this position helps ensure continuity across departmental functions and allows senior leadership to focus on strategic oversight and higher-level compliance priorities. Determine other uses for Wrike to assist in program management.
