The Print Project Coordinator will report into the Art Department Project Manager and will be responsible for supporting the asset creation of print collateral for Anthropologie Group garment labels, packaging, and branded collateral. This is an operational role that will support day-to-day operational needs to ensure efficient workflow and effective processes of the creative print team. This is a temporary position for 3 months with potential to extend. Based out of our Home Office in Philadelphia, PA. • Coordinate and manage print branding projects, ensuring that they are executed on time and making adjustments as needed to meet deadlines and target live dates • Open Basecamp and Asana projects and assign milestones for all print branding projects • Maintain daily changes to milestones in Basecamp and update overall timelines for copy + design teams • Monitor urgent milestones with copy, design, and manager to ensure that time-sensitive deadlines on creative content are being met • Assist Manager with overseeing briefing process + timelines to ensure successful and timely creative execution with clear communication to all cross-functional partners • Assist Manager in setting up approval meetings with relevant key partners • Supports with submitting and tracking invoices • Highly organized and detail-oriented with an eye for process improvements and driving efficiencies • Ability to multitask with awareness for timing and urgency • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills: Must be able to communicate needs and objectives effectively via email and in meetings • Team player who is willing to provide assistance whenever and wherever needed • Experience with Basecamp, Asana, or Figma (preferred but not required) • Experience with print production and design knowledge (preferred but not required) #Anthropologie #LI-EC1 URBN offers comprehensive Perks & Benefits to employees.
