Job Overview Review, analyze and facilitate the implementation of HR processes within an organization. Essential Functions • Assist with the coordination of HR functions for an operating unit. • Work with Talent Acquisition on job postings, recruitment, and selection process. May prepare job postings to fill vacancies. • Assist or coordinate timekeeping and/or payroll processing for organizational unit. • May initiate systematic personnel changes for organizational unit. Analyze various HR data for quality improvement recommendations. • Assist with implementing policies to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations. Assist with project management functions. • May provide direct and/or indirect supervision to exempt and non-exempt staff (i.e., hiring/firing, performance evaluations, disciplinary action, approve time off, etc.). • Perform related duties based on departmental need. Required Education • Bachelor's Degree • Four (4) years of relevant work experience and/or other specialized training can be used in lieu of education requirement. Physical Requirements/Work Environment • Office environment/no specific unusual physical or environmental demands.
