Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Job Summary: • The Receptionist interfaces with patients and families, physicians, vendors and staff • Admit patients and process their paperwork; Update patient demographics/information in system • Collect balances due and document in the billing system • Handle funds per office procedure • Answer incoming phone calls • Assist with chart prep and other business office duties necessary • Coordinating with office on scheduling for procedures and anesthesia coverage • May be asked to float to other locations for staff coverage • MUST be reliable, dedicated, personable, professional and have a strong attention to detail.
