Lead client engagements to design and scale AI-enabled autonomous supply chain capabilities, including assessments, roadmaps, pilots, business development, and team coaching. | Requires 10+ years of global experience, supply chain consulting or transformation expertise, practical AI/GenAI exposure, and experience leading client workshops, workstreams, proposals, and executive deliverables. | Job Title: Supply Chain Managing Consultant - Autonomous / Agentic Supply Chain Location : 100% Remote Role Duration : Fulltime Teams Meeting Interview Job Description: Lead workstreams and consulting engagements that help clients design, validate, and scale autonomous and agentic supply chain capabilities. The role combines supply chain domain expertise, AI-enabled process design, client delivery, proposal support, team leadership, and measurable value realization. Content / Capability Areas Assessment and Roadmap • Conduct maturity assessments, opportunity discovery, fit-gap analysis, future-state design, journey maps, use-case portfolios, and business cases. • Prioritize use cases based on value, feasibility, risk, data readiness, and adoption impact. • Agentic Process Design • Design human-in-the-loop workflows for planning, procurement, inventory, manufacturing, logistics, order management, control towers, and service operations. • Define process, data, integration, governance, exception management, controls, and change requirements. • Pilot-to-Scale Delivery • Lead pilots and implementation workstreams; establish KPIs for service, cost, inventory, productivity, resilience, working capital, and adoption. • Create reusable methods, accelerators, case studies, and thought leadership. Key Responsibilities Consulting Execution • Lead consulting engagements or major workstreams, managing plans, teams, budgets, risks, quality, client expectations, and outcomes. • Facilitate executive and working sessions; structure ambiguous problems and produce clear, evidence-based recommendations. • Achieve personal utilization expectations and uphold Wipro values, delivery standards, and internal compliance. Business Development • Develop client relationships and a personal pipeline; identify leads, shape proposals, support commercials, and help convert opportunities into engagements. • Lead or support RFP responses, solution design, estimates, client presentations, and account growth activities. Thought Leadership and Practice Contribution • Develop reusable methods, assets, case studies, and thought leadership; contribute to offerings, campaigns, and industry forums. • Coach team members, support talent development, and collaborate across consulting and delivery practices. Required Experience • 10+ years fof global experience, calibrated to the selected band and demonstrated scope of leadership. • 6+ years of relevant experience with expertise in a specific domain, function, or technology area; 10+ years with broader expertise across multiple areas. • Strong supply chain consulting or industry transformation experience plus practical AI/GenAI exposure. • Experience with LLMs and SLMs, AI agents, process intelligence, automation, data, and responsible AI considerations. • Experience leading workshops, assessments, workstreams, roadmaps, business cases, proposals, and executive-ready deliverables. • ITSM or ITOM experience with ServiceNow, BMC Helix/Remedy, or comparable platforms is preferred. • Relevant AI certification strongly preferred. Technology / Platform Experience Experience advising on or delivering transformation involving one or more of the following is preferred: • LLM/SLM solutions, RAG, agent orchestration, model evaluation, observability, guardrails, and responsible AI • ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM, BMC Helix/Remedy, or comparable workflow platforms • SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, o9, Blue Yonder, Manhattan, Microsoft, and major cloud/data ecosystems • Process mining, integration/API, master data, analytics, automation, control towers, and digital twins What Good Looks Like • Connects strategy, process, operating model, data, technology, change, controls, and quantified value. • Creates clear, executive-ready recommendations and practical transformation roadmaps. • Builds trusted client relationships and protects outcomes through explicit scope, assumptions, dependencies, governance, and benefits tracking. • Collaborates across and partner ecosystems to move from advisory through implementation and sustained value. Band-Specific Performance Expectations • C1 candidates lead major workstreams and small teams; C2 candidates lead complex engagements, larger teams, and broader account or program responsibilities. • Own agreed sales pipeline, revenue contribution, utilization, delivery quality, client satisfaction, and practice contribution objectives. • Build executive relationships, lead proposals and presales, and close projects or extensions with appropriate partner support. • Coach consultants, build reusable IP, and contribute visibly to Wipro consulting community and market positioning.
