About this role The Director of Digital Marketing should be an expert in all things digital. You will be responsible for driving measurable growth across key digital channels. This role oversees the strategy, execution, and optimization of digital marketing programs that drive brand awareness, accelerate customer acquisition, and deliver on company KPI’s. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on operator with deep expertise in digital media, performance marketing, and full-funnel demand generation. Location: Orange, CA preferred, but open to remote candidates. Key Responsibilities • Develop and own digital consumer acquisition strategy and execution across various channels • Build a full-funnel approach that algins with brand marketing, performance media, and lifecycle engagement • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing team to ensure cohesive go-to-market execution • Lead paid media efforts including social, search, and emerging channels, as needed. Have a metrics driven test, learn, and optimize approach to digital marketing • Comfortable overseeing creative development and leading campaigns end-to-end. Must have hands-on experience with SEM, SEO, email, display advertising, social media advertising (Meta, Google, etc.) and video (YouTube, etc.) • Must be comfortable with data analytics tools (GA, Mixpanel, or similar) and data visualization/business intelligence tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar) • Background should include individually managing campaigns but have also managed external agencies as well • Consumer brand experience at scale is a big plus. Healthcare background nice to have, but intellectual curiosity is a must • Experience managing multi-million dollar digital budgets • Establish KPIs and dashboards to measure acquisition effectiveness and ROI Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field • 8+ years of management experience in digital marketing and demand generation • Proven success leading multi-channel marketing programs with measurable impact • Deep expertise and understanding of digital media platforms (Meta, Google, etc.) • Strong understanding of marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools • MBA, a plus What we offer • Competitive Salary and benefits • Ability to make important enhancements to the Healthcare industry • Great culture where you work with the founders and key stakeholders in a relaxed, but innovative atmosphere UHSM is an Equal Opportunity Employer. About this role The VP of Marketing Communications is responsible for shaping and amplifying the company’s brand narrative across all internal and external channels. This leader will oversee communications strategy, messaging architecture, content development, PR, and executive communications to drive brand visibility, strengthen reputation, and support company growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic storyteller with deep experience in integrated communications, brand positioning, and cross-functional leadership.
