You'll be joining a small but close knit product team known for developing category-defining UX. As a Senior Product Designer at Uniswap Labs, you'll solve cutting edge human computer or mobile interface problems as well as develop new mental models for the next million users of decentralized finance. We are headquartered in SoHo in New York City, and this role will be based in New York City. Responsibilities: Own and deliver end-to-end design projects for new and improved consumer products that increase clarity and user agency in decentralized finance and web3 Tackle complex challenges in emerging technology by inventing new mental models and designing cutting-edge interactions with minimal oversight Use a human-centered approach that incorporates qualitative and quantitative data to create conceptual wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. Effectively collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and research partners to influence product strategy and roadmap. Contribute to the development and maintenance of a unified design system that increases the velocity and consistency of the frontend engineering team. Mentor junior designers and help define best practices through feedback, documentation, and team crit. Contribute to the broader design culture through writing, presentations, and external community engagement. Requirements: 5 years of product design experience, including research, prototyping, and implementation of user-facing applications. With some experience in FinTech or adjacent industries through relevant design work. Demonstrated experience working with component libraries or design systems. A strong desire to design within the context of web3/blockchain/decentralized finance. Proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma, Framer, or equivalent. Excellent visual design and interaction design skills, with a strong portfolio that reflects independent project ownership and high-quality execution. Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale to cross-functional teams. Nice to Haves: Familiarity with the web3/Ethereum ecosystem (wallets, tokens, transactions etc.) High fidelity prototyping experience Regular use of AI in design and prototyping workflows Love for unicorns :) Minimum full-time salary of $238,000-$265,000. About the role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Analytics Engineer to join our dynamic data engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing our data analytics infrastructure to support our data-driven decision-making processes. This role requires deep technical expertise, a passion for working with data, and strong analytical skills. We are headquartered in SoHo, New York City, and this role can be partially or fully remote. Key Responsibilities Data Infrastructure Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines to manage and transform large amounts of on-chain and off-chain data that make data insights widely available across the company Optimize data storage and retrieval processes for performance and scalability. Implement data validation and monitoring processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Conduct regular audits and data quality assessments to identify and resolve data issues. Analytics And Reporting: Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to support business analytics and decision-making. Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide robust solutions. Drive the adoption of best practices in data engineering and analytics across the organization. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in data engineering, data analytics, or a related field with Bachelor’s degree, or 3 years of experience with Master’s degree Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and data warehousing solutions (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake). Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Scala. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker). Strong understanding of ETL processes, data modeling, and data warehousing concepts. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure). Knowledge of machine learning and data science techniques. Minimum full-time salary of $196,000- $217,000.
