The HR Knowledge and Communications Specialist designs and manages a comprehensive knowledge strategy to enhance the teammate experience as well as supports the design, deployment, and administration of operational processes for HR programs and project. This role consolidates HR content into a single, user-friendly repository, ensuring employees, managers, and HR teams have easy access to accurate resources. The position also drives adoption of knowledge platforms, HR process adoption, and promotes self-service to reduce case volume. Responsibilities • Creates overall knowledge management strategy including defining scope for HR content and categories, identifying knowledge article topics, developing knowledge taxonomy standards, establishing templates and style guides, defining audience segments, and establishing knowledge channels. • Leads the standardization and consolidation of existing HR content across UWH, ensuring consistency while acknowledging UWH population-specific nuances. Reviews and looks across all UWH channels to identify where knowledge and information lives today and determines a go-forward path for a cohesive knowledge strategy. • Reviews, audits, and rationalizes large volumes of knowledge articles to eliminate duplication, outdated guidance, and inconsistent messaging, acting as a project manager to ensure the creation of knowledge articles with SMEs across UWH, reviewing for consistency and adherence to templates. • Partners with HRSS, COEs, HRBPs, and business teams to align terminology, processes, and decision trees across different populations (e.g., enterprise, CCRM, MSO care centers, etc.). • Partners with other areas of HRSS to identify knowledge topics based on case volumes and ensures that there is proper HRSS-facing knowledge articles and employee facing articles to help answer and solve questions. • Translates complex or fragmented HR information into clear, intuitive knowledge content tailored to the needs of various employee audiences. • Establishes governance routines and lifecycle management practices to keep consolidated content current, accurate, and regularly reviewed. • Analyzes knowledge article performance, case drivers, and search behavior to prioritize consolidation efforts and identify where content gaps or inconsistencies remain. • Drives improvements in tagging, metadata, and search optimization to ensure standardized content is easily discoverable and reduces HR case volume. • Supports large-scale HR process or policy changes by coordinating updates across all impacted knowledge areas and ensuring alignment across populations. • Influences stakeholders to adopt consistent content standards and contributes to a culture of knowledge-sharing within HRSS and all of HR. • Champions direct access strategy/drives change management to support looking at knowledge. • Researches, validates, and develops content. • Produces written content consistent with branding and style guidelines. • Supports the design, deployment, and administration of operational processes used to deliver HR programs and projects. • Collaborates with stakeholders to provide the design and documentation of HR programs Qualifications Required Education and Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Information Management or a closely related field. Equivalent practical experience may be considered as substitute for formal education. • 4-7 years of experience in one or more of the following: • HR operations, HR service delivery, or employee relations • Knowledge management, content management, or technical documentation • Internal communications, change communications, or change enablement Preferred Experience • Experience supporting HR service centers, HRIS teams, or shared service models • Background in adult learning, instructional design, or process improvement • Experience marketing internal content with positive employee experience results • Experience with Knowledge Management platforms (i.e., ServiceNow, Confluence, Guru, etc.) • Content governance or review cadence ownership • Metrics related knowledge usage, search effectiveness, or case deflection We’re here for you—both personally and professionally. Relocation assistance is available. Unified Mammography Services (UMAMS), a subsidiary of Unified Women’s Healthcare, is a comprehensive solution for in-office Breast Imaging services. We utilize top-of-the-line equipment and expert staff with exceptional standards of care. Embedded within our network of affiliated OBGYN provider practices, this offers patients an intimate and familiar in-office environment, offering a convenient one-stop solution for well-women visits and annual screening mammograms. Unified Mammography Services is seeking a Manager of Breast Imaging Operations in the Midwest (Illinois). The Manager of Breast Imaging Operations is responsible for addressing the day-to-day operating needs and related activities of the installed mammography and breast ultrasound business units for all locations. Must be an Experienced Mammography technologist ARRT registered RTRM. Provides oversight and support to imaging staff at all Midwest region locations. Requires regular travel to locations in IL. Ensure scheduling of technologist coverage for each location daily, anticipating operational problems with planned preventive measures, arranging for repairs of equipment, phone, cable, and other technological components to ensure minimal to no downtime of operations. Assist the Manager of Quality for up-to-date status of all required licenses and regulatory permits/certifications, including but not limited to above State’s DHHs, CMS, OSHA, and FDA. Be available to assist with QA activities and database oversight of technologist and radiologist credentials. The current market responsibility include the state of Illinois. This is subject to change. Responsibilities • Build and maintain a good working relationship with technologists, care center managers, and care center staff. • Partner with care centers to continually improve operations and patient volume. • Direct oversight of scheduling imaging staff. • Performs employee performance reviews and applying progressive discipline if needed. • Responds/arranges/may provide for emergency coverage of technologists. • Keep a log of all accreditation renewal requirements and assists with ensuring that all installations remain compliant with state and federal entities. • Serves as a key resource for MQSA, FDA, and ACR knowledge and individual state requirements. • Provides supporting documentation for ACR and MQSA regulations and ensures that the sites have current information. • Assists in the development and implementation of Policies & Procedures. • Assists PACS administrator when needed. • Monitors maintenance and repair of equipment when needed. • Works directly with Sr. Director of Breast Imaging Operations in hiring and mentoring of staff Additional Job Functions: • Other duties as assigned. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or healthcare-related field, preferred. • Minimum four years' experience in a Radiology or Breast Imaging management position, preferred. • Must be Experienced Mammography technologist ARRT registered RTRM. • Must be willing to obtain IL Mammography License. • Requires a current State Mammography License. • Must have current certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT (R) (M). • Must meet continuing experience and continuing education required by MQSA. • Possess strong leadership skills and the ability to adapt style for most effective results. • Familiar with outpatient practice procedures, including EMR workflow experience. • Experience working with integrated patient scheduling preferred. • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively in group and one on one settings. • Results-orientated individual possessing a strong record of success. • Resourceful approach to problem-solving, demonstrating critical thinking skills. • Excellent project, time management skills. • Advanced proficiency level with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Ability to travel up to 50+%, including overnight visits. • Attend departmental meetings as required.
