By day 60, you'll continue progressing through your training while taking on more ownership. You'll attend training sessions and webinars, begin updating project plans, forecasts, and project documentation with the support of an assigned mentor, manage project budgets and forecasts, complete change orders as needed, and achieve a 10% billable utilization target. By day 90, you'll be leading your own customer implementations from kickoff through closeout, including project scheduling, status communications, forecasting, scope and change management, and overall project delivery.
