In this role, you will drive sales growth, build strong customer partnerships with veterinary clinics, hospitals, and specialty pet retail stores, and deliver on sales and market share targets. What You’ll Do • Lead, coach, and develop a geographically dispersed sales team to achieve volume, sales, and market share goals. • Build strong customer relationships with veterinary professionals and specialty pet retailers. • Develop customized action plans for regional markets aligned with company strategy. • Drive execution of sales promotions, merchandising, and retail fundamentals. • Manage Gross-to-Net (GTN) budget and ensure ROI-driven decision-making. • Monitor KPIs and provide regular performance coaching and feedback. • Partner cross-functionally with operations, fulfillment, and customer service teams. • Recruit, train, and retain high-performing sales talent. • Stay ahead of veterinary and pet industry trends and represent Hill’s at trade events. Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree required. • 8+ years of sales experience (consumer products, animal health, or related). • 3+ years of key account management. • 1+ year of people management or project leadership. • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills. • 3+ years of managing a geographically dispersed team. • Experience in animal health, veterinary sales, or related science field. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $110,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year Work Location: Remote
