Lead workforce planning strategies, manage program governance and budgets, and coordinate project teams. | Bachelor's degree with 5+ years managing complex projects and proficiency in Power BI, data modeling, and change management. | In this Program Manager role will  focus on workforce planning and utilization strategy of a field-based business. Manages project scopes, specifications, costs, and coordinates laboratory activities and client communications ensuring product compliance and technical leadership. | Requires a bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field and eight years of relevant experience with knowledge of technical vocabulary and conformity standards for complex products. | * Independently determines project scope, develops a preliminary plan of investigation, and determines project specifications such as cost, time, and sample requirements by analyzing client input, available supplemental data, and product construction. * Projects may include frequent travel to conduct or witness tests at client sites.
