GSA is responsible for managing Uber's top 70 global accounts, representing over $700M in annual revenue. These are our most complex, highest-value enterprise customers, and we deliver a global, white-glove experience with sales teams spanning 11 countries.This role is a senior individual contributor position, ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, structure, and strategy, but can also roll up their sleeves and handle tactical needs from deal desk support to exec-ready book design You will be the operational brain behind the GSA team, driving long-range planning, financial modeling, quota design, book building, SIP (Sales Incentive Plan) modeling, and account transitions. You'll work directly with global partners and senior stakeholders across Sales, Finance, and Strategy, and be a key voice in defining the future structure of our global teams.What You'll Do- Sales Strategy: Own the design and implementation of GSA's global account architecture and performance planning frameworks, including account segmentation and ownership strategy.- Financial & Strategic Planning: Lead long-range planning (LRP), annual planning, and headcount strategy to align GSA's structure with Uber's revenue goals.- SIP & Compensation Design: Own compensation modeling and incentive structure design to support scalable, aligned growth strategies.- Data Infrastructure & Insights: Build and maintain robust reporting and data models (in Sheets, Excel, and internal tools), surfacing insights to drive decision-making and sales team performance.- Stakeholder Partnership: Act as the go-to partner for Sales, Finance, RevOps, and Strategy teams-equally effective in a planning meeting or responding to real-time requests from AEs.- Change Management: Navigate cross-functional complexity and lead with influence, helping the GSA org evolve its operational maturity while managing up, across, and globally.Basic Qualifications- 6+ years of Sales Operations experience, in an enterprise or global B2B environment- Deep fluency in Excel/Google Sheets for financial modeling, book building, and scenario planning- Demonstrated experience in quota setting, SIP modeling, LRP, and global account design- Bachelor's DegreePreferred Qualifications- Working knowledge of SQL and/or analytics tools (Looker, Tableau) for self-service data- Strong cross-functional communication skills, with experience influencing SVP and VP-level stakeholders- Proven ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on operational support- Experience supporting or structuring global sales teams across regions with performance variability- Experience driving change in environments with operational debt or evolving governance structures- Ability to manage detail and big-picture alignment simultaneously, often in high-pressure situationsFor New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$155,000 per year - USD$172,000 per year.For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$155,000 per year - USD$172,000 per year.For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp.
