Since opening its first store in Seoul in 2002, the brand has grown to over 1,700 locations and has built a strong reputation for combining specialty coffee with patisserie-style desserts. As we launch and expand our operations in the United States, we are looking for an experienced Assistant Café Manager. This role will be a key partner in establishing a strong foundation for our US teams. Position Summary Manage and optimize supply chain operations to ensure timely and cost-effective supply of ingredients, packaging, and other materials to stores. Key Responsibilities · Manage purchasing, inventory, and replenishment of ingredients and packaging materials · Coordinate with vendors, warehouse, logistics providers, and stores · Monitor inventory levels, demand forecasts, and delivery schedules · Identify and resolve supply, inventory, and delivery issues · Maintain accurate SCM data, reports, and purchasing records · Support new store openings and ensure timely supply readiness · Support cost optimization and vendor performance management (optional) Qualifications · 2–7 years of experience in SCM, purchasing, logistics, or food & beverage operations · Experience with food, bakery, restaurant, or retail industry preferred · Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills · Proficiency in Excel; ERP/Inventory Management system experience preferred · Ability to work with multiple vendors and cross-functional teams Benefits · Health, Dental, & Vision Insurance · 401k Retirement savings with Company Match · PTO & Paid Holidays
