Join Two Six Technologies and lead Opportunity Identification, an agentic AI powered product experience in our Sentra Suite for Information Advantage. The Opportunity Identification team empowers information professionals to rapidly pinpoint mission-critical content and shape the outcome to accelerate action. You'll own the product vision and strategy for a best-in-class user experience, collaborating closely with clients, end-users, and a talented team of engineers, data scientists, and analysts specializing in data collection, enrichment pipelines, agentic AI, generative AI, LLMs, and mobile. Some travel (10-20%) will be required to interface with our customers and Two Six employees collaborating on cleared programs. What you will do: • Work with customers and stakeholders to develop a product vision for Opportunity Identification • Conduct market research, solicit customer feedback, and test new ideas to build our backlog and roadmap • Collaborate in a cross functional team to build Opportunity Identification functionality • Write clear and well-bounded users stories that keep the team focused on delivering slices of user value every sprint • Balance cutting-edge NLP capabilities with platform infrastructure costs • Engage stakeholders in the innovation process and keep them informed of your work • Advocate for solving customer problems by building functionality into the product line • Collaborate with other PMs to build value across product lines • Advocate for a user-centered culture and drive change in that direction • Be open and flexible to jump in where help is needed What you will need (basic qualifications): • Experience collaborating with tech leads, designers, and domain experts to build intuitive user experiences • Experience with data scientists to build AI into the pipeline is a key differentiator • Experience working with leadership, customers, and internal stakeholders to build products that solve hard problems • Strong initiative and the ability to create momentum in a rapidly changing market • Strong familiarity with the role of a Product Manager and PM tools for discovery and delivery, including creating rapid prototypes to quickly test new product ideas • Experience working in scrum/kanban on cross functional teams • Team mentality to do what’s best for the product • Experience with data collection, ingestion, pipeline processing, and/or signal hardening Nice to haves: • Experience creating products for government users, particularly in environments with limitations on technology access • Experience with advanced analytics, natural language processing, large language models and generative / agentic AI • Interest in supporting US government missions to counter foreign adversary and non-state actor propaganda and disinformation Clearance Requirement: • Active TS or TS/SCI Clearance is a bonus, but those without a clearance are encouraged to apply. #LI-JB1 Two Six Technologies is committed to providing competitive and comprehensive compensation packages that reflect the value we place on our employees and their contributions. Our teams are building capabilities to identify, plan, and deliver effects in the information operations space, and aim to provide a complete end-to-end solution to customers wishing to detect, analyze, and respond to events in real time. As a Senior Software Engineer you will be a member of the engineering team that is building and supporting tools to enable customers to identify desired end states and select the best combination of actions to achieve it. You will design and build applications and workflows using Python, and leverage technologies including LangChain, LangGraph, Elasticsearch, Postgres, Kubernetes, Docker, and more.
