About The Role Our mission is to empower creators to turn passions into a career by enabling their full potential through opportunity and growth. This role will work closely with various stakeholders, including but not limited to Global Partnerships, Product, Customer Trust, Creator Expansion, and others. As the ideal candidate, you have proven experience ideating and executing with a data-driven approach, working with multiple workflows, and a fundamental understanding of weighing the opportunity cost of different priorities under evolving timelines while keeping your team informed of progress. You will report to the Director of North American Partnerships. About the Role The Strategy & Operations team supports strategic planning, business reporting, and executive-defined priority initiatives across a variety of business units at Twitch. As a member of the team, you will focus specifically on growth in our Ads business by delivering new strategic insights, recommendations, and ongoing operational support in partnership with our Twitch Ads Product and Amazon Ad Sales teams.
