We’re looking for someone sharp, driven, and curious—someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to make smart decisions. What You’ll Do • Lead and manage construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring quality, safety, and budget goals are met. • Collaborate with accounting teams to track and manage budgets—you don’t need to be a CPA, but you should understand how to work with financial data. • Use Procore and Primavera P6 to manage schedules, documentation, and project workflows. • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. • Represent the company with professionalism and integrity on-site and in meetings. What We’re Looking For • Mid-level or Senior level experience in construction project management, ideally from a larger firm (e.g., Harvey, Tellepsen, Vaughn, ODS Construction, Bellows, or Linbeck). • Experience with medical or airport facility construction is a strong plus. • A gritty, intelligent, and curious mindset—someone who’s not afraid to dig in and solve problems. • Comfortable with Procore and Primavera P6. • A degree in construction management or a related field is a plus, but not required.
