Manage and coordinate Agile and Waterfall projects, oversee project financials, and communicate with stakeholders. | Experience managing projects with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and Clarity, and background in regulated financial environments. | Overview: Looking for a versatile leader to act as both Agile Delivery Manager (ADM) and Project Manager for two strategic business banking initiatives, one Agile and one Waterfall. Key Responsibilities: • Act as Scrum Master for the Agile (BBx) project, managing a mid-sized team (6–8 people), backlog grooming, Agile ceremonies, and full delivery cycle. • Lead a second workstream operating under waterfall methodology. • End-to-end ownership of project financials, scheduling, risk/issues, resource management, and reporting. • Use tools like Clarity, JIRA, and Confluence for project tracking, documentation, and reporting. • Ensure effective communication with technical and business stakeholders. • Balance scrum and traditional PM responsibilities across multiple teams. Required Skills & Experience: • Strong track record in both agile (Scrum) and waterfall methodologies—particularly transitioning from waterfall to agile. • Experience managing Agile teams in the $1M range. • Demonstrable ability to manage financials, forecasting, and actuals. • Significant experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Clarity (or similar tools). • Prior project delivery within regulated environments—banking, finance, insurance, or government. • Experience working at/with BMO, CIBC, or TD highly desirable.
