Scope: The Strategic Account Manager sells TTM Technologies products and maintains relationships as the primary contact with assigned existing key domestic or global/international Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) partners. Accounts are key, highly strategic, and have complex requirements. This position is located in the Western region of the US. United States Citizenship required. Primary responsibilities include expanding and developing new accounts and providing customer service and pursuing new business within existing accounts. Responsibility for developing and maintaining relationships with our accounts leading to high levels of customer satisfaction and increased annual sales. This position is an individual contributor role with indirect oversight and guidance of other sales and customer relationship management employees. The SAM will work with all disciplines globally within their accounts and TTM including but not limited to all levels of management, Purchasing, Global Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Customer Service and Quoting Centers in support of the business unit. The SAM will be responsible for significant key partner relationship management and development. They should develop customer contacts that will support TTM in all aspects of business management and provide professional leadership, coordination and strategy for their accounts. The SAM will participate in customer business reviews, negotiations and daily support as required by the customer and TTM. They will be responsible to communicate the customer’s initiatives, requests, requirements, comments, action items etc, back to the management of TTM and to follow through to completion all action items and commitments made to the customer. This is a full-time position in which the candidate will be required to travel globally. The hours vary as support is required across North America, Europe and Asia. This includes conference calls, video conferences, phone calls, email and other communications in a timely manner to all regions. Additional information can be found at www.ttm.com Position Summary: As part of our global team of Oracle Developers you will partner with internal customers and business analysts to design and build a full range of Oracle objects. Duties and Responsibilities: • Act as a leading part of a five year implementation project bringing Oracle EBS suite to numerous locations throughout the US and abroad. • Mentor junior team members. • Work in a fast paced environment • Participate in team meetings some outside of business hours in addition to periodic go live activities on the weekends • Some travel may be necessary Essential Knowledge and Skills: • A solid grasp of Oracle R12.2 EBS suite concepts and familiarity with multiple modules. • Excellent written and verbal skills. • Understand the Software Development Life Cycle (SLDC) • Ability to plan, accurately estimate, and unit test your code • Ability to quickly switch between software projects while waiting for others to collaborate • Familiar with Agile and Waterfall project development styles • Consistently write well documented, scalable, and maintainable code • Familiar with Toad, SQL Developer or other SQL Tools • Fluent in Oracle reports/Forms builder, Workflow, and OAF development tools • Fluent in Oracle PL/SQL • Mastery of at least 3 R12 Modules including, but not limited to AR, AP, GL, OM, INV, MFG, BOM, WIP • Oracle EBS Release 12.1.3 or above Education and Experience: • Four year degree in Computer Science or related degree • Eight years of industry experience with a strong emphasis on Oracle. • Advanced Technical Degree preferred • Oracle EBS Release 12.2. Bonus for 12.2.5 experience preferred • Some Java experience • Well versed in the functional side of multiple Oracle modules, not just the data model preferred Compensation and Benefits: TTM offers a variety of health and well-being benefit programs. Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that my be hired in New York, California and Colorado. For California-based roles, compensation ranges are based upon specific physical locations. Additional information can be found at www.ttm.com The Product Line Director will lead TTM’s Microelectronic engineering design teams through the Product Line Management process, overseeing the entire lifecycle of a product from ideation to launch and beyond. This includes defining the product's vision, strategy, and features based on market needs and customer feedback. The Product Line Director’s daily project tasks are managed and prioritized using a product roadmap, a strategic plan that outlines the product's goals, milestones, and deliverables over time to ensure all work aligns with the long-term vision. The incumbent will also hold Program Management responsibility for select Microelectronic Programs, managing multiple projects or a highly complex program for top-tier customers. This includes including meeting customer requirements, managing project costs, and adhering to the schedule. The incumbent will be the primary point of contact for customers and is tasked with developing new business opportunities while provide direction, leadership, and professional development for the assigned teams. This is a full-time, remote position. Ability to support occasional travel may be required. Duties and Responsibilities: Business Management & Program Execution Manage and prioritize microelectronics standard products roadmap, responsible for each of the roadmaps product(s) goals, milestones, and deliverables over time Lead the development of new ASIC programs for both internal and external customers. Utilizes & follows standard project scheduling and planning tools per 209-000.00, TTM ISO-9002, & AS9100 req's Develops high-level plans to meet both project and product cost targets. Reports progress to appropriate management levels. Responsible for supporting assigned goals and objectives. These include, but are not limited to market, product, technology, customer penetration, revenue growth and profit. Responsible for meeting assigned customer and program booking, shipment, and financial performance goals; regularly reports to management on progress and performance. Responsible for the implementation of assigned new product development and product / program production readiness. Participates in or leads project meetings and design reviews, and tracks progress of day to day commitments Monitors project progress vs. staffing plan and reports any resource constraints. Make recommendations on changes or work-arounds. Monitors progress and effectiveness on a regular basis and ensures corrective actions are taken as required. Ensures high levels of customer satisfaction and product quality. Is responsible for ensuring all known or potential risks are identified and mitigation and retirement activities are incorporated into the project plan. Incorporates the documented project management process into all projects. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At TTM Technologies, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on each individual set of circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $117,424 - $206,504 Additional compensation: An annual or quarterly company bonus may apply based on position assignment. Positions hired for alternative shift may be eligible for a shift premium based on the assigned shift and location.
