Responsibilities: This position requires an individual who possesses product-based business acumen that can oversee the technical and product management of RF-based technologies such as proximity, height-of-burst (HOB), unmanned RF payloads, or seeker sensors spanning both development and manufacturing for missile, rocket, Electronic Warfare (EW), and/or gun-launched munition platforms. This position requires an individual familiar with all phases of product development from concept development through sustained production. The individual in this position works with customers, business development, engineering, finance, and production teams to conceive, develop, test, produce, and sustain products across multiple product lines. Develop and maintain product business cases and sales forecasts Develop and manage yearly product line budgets in support of product line improvements Develop and maintain product pricing to include all supporting documentation Develop and maintain the commercial strategy and demand alignment, working closely with business development and sales Provide ROMs and Quotes to customers Collaborate with stakeholders to define and maintain product roadmaps Track product issues and execute ECOs within the roadmap and budgetary constraints Collaborate with production and finance teams to plan product builds and execute within resource limitations Manage product line inventory to minimize customer lead time within business limits Support all phases of product development to influence design decisions to meet the product roadmap Work within a multi-discipline team of systems, hardware, mechanical, software, and firmware engineers to build complete solutions and products Lead by example in creating and executing product management processes and methodologies Required Qualifications: BS degree and minimum 8 years of experience in DoD/DoW or tech industry Experience developing and improving product managements processes Demonstrated technical and/or business leadership in a technical field Possess excellent organizational and communications skills Able to prioritize work and maximize productivity Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET DoD Clearance. Demonstrated track record of leading captures and winning new business valued in the multi-million-dollar range. U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance. Deep knowledge of the competitive landscape in Missile Programs, Space, ISR, EW, and/or SIGINT solutions, with established senior-level customer and partner relationships. Preferred Qualifications Expertise in RF-based technologies such as proximity, height-of-burst (HOB), unmanned RF payloads, or seeker sensors for missile, rocket, Electronic Warfare (EW), and/or gun-launched munition platforms. Master’s degree in engineering, aeronautics, business, or a related technical discipline. Experience leading cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams to deliver winning proposals and capture results. Strong history of influencing requirements, shaping RFPs, and securing early positioning with key customers. Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills. Based in the National Capital Region or Huntsville, AL, or willing to travel 20–30%.
