Manage and deliver federal digital modernization projects by coordinating cross-functional teams, overseeing Agile processes, ensuring compliance, and aligning technical deliverables with business goals. | 7+ years in IT project/program management with federal digital modernization experience, strong technical skills in Drupal, SharePoint, Microsoft Power Platform, Agile tools, CI/CD pipelines, and compliance frameworks. | Description: • Serve as the overall Project Manager for modernization, responsible for planning, execution, and delivery across various environments. • Coordinate daily activities for a cross-functional team (developers, compliance analysts, systems analysts, SharePoint engineers, and federal partners). • Act as the primary liaison between client Product Owners, TrueTandem leadership, and technical leads (Web Services and SharePoint). • Manage the Agile delivery process—sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reporting. • Oversee task prioritization, resource allocation, and milestone tracking using Jira or similar tools. • Maintain close coordination between the modernization workstream and collaboration initiatives to ensure aligned architecture, content strategy, and data governance. • Translate business goals into technical deliverables that align with client’s modernization roadmap and IT governance standards. • Support implementation of DevSecOps pipelines, automated testing (Behat/Gherkin), and AI-enabled validation processes. • Facilitate integration of content, authentication, and data-sharing workflows across DOJ Web Services and intranet environments. • Monitor quality, performance, and compliance metrics using tools such as New Relic, Splunk, and Akamai. • Ensure adherence to Section 508, FedRAMP, and FISMA standards. • Provide regular program updates, risk assessments, and status reports to DOJ leadership. • Manage communications and expectations across multiple stakeholders—technical, operational, and executive. • Foster a collaborative, transparent culture within the team and across partner organizations. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). • 7+ years of experience in IT project or program management, including federal digital modernization or web development initiatives. • Strong technical understanding of Drupal (v9–11), SharePoint Online, Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, and M365 integration. • Proven experience leading Agile software delivery teams using Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools. • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps, and cloud-hosted environments (Azure, AWS). • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. • Experience working with compliance frameworks: Section 508, WCAG 2.1, FedRAMP, FISMA. Perform Linux system administration and support web services including configuration, patching, monitoring, troubleshooting, and security compliance in a federal environment. | 3-5 years Linux admin experience, knowledge of web hosting technologies, Agile environment experience, Linux certifications, and active federal security clearance. | Description: • Play a critical role in supporting our client’s Web Services program. • Focus on Linux system administration, configuration management, and operational support for digital solutions. • Work closely with the Technical Lead, Client Product Owner, and development team. • Perform Linux system administration, including configuration updates, patching, monitoring, and troubleshooting. • Manage server configurations, firewall rules, and FTP data exchanges. • Respond to operational alerts and incidents as part of an on-call rotation. • Support Agile and Scrum sprint activities by implementing configuration changes and system updates. • Document system changes, configurations, and release updates. • Support Drupal 11 environments through configuration updates, smoke testing, and basic development tasks. • Coordinate with developers and testers to validate deployments, troubleshoot issues, and ensure secure configurations. • Assist with environment migrations, automation, and monitoring using tools such as New Relic, Splunk, and Akamai. • Collaborate with leadership to analyze bot traffic patterns and identify malicious access. • Explore opportunities to integrate AI-based monitoring and pattern recognition tools. • Support the implementation of Zero Trust and continuous monitoring practices. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). • 3–5 years of experience in Linux system administration within a web hosting or enterprise IT environment. • Experience with Apache/Nginx, FTP/SFTP, DNS management, and firewall configuration. • Basic familiarity with Drupal (8–11) and experience supporting content management systems. • Working knowledge of Bash scripting, Git, and CI/CD pipelines. • Experience supporting Agile/Scrum environments. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. • Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Experience supporting federal web hosting environments or working with DOJ, DHS, or other cabinet-level agencies. • Familiarity with AI-based monitoring, bot mitigation, or cloud security analytics. • Understanding of FedRAMP, FISMA, and Zero Trust security principles. • Exposure to New Relic, Splunk, or Akamai CDN for performance monitoring. • Linux certifications (CompTIA Linux+, RHCSA, or similar). • Active DOJ or federal agency clearance.
