CREW MEMBER ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Delivers unparalleled hospitality to each customer. • Prepares and assembles food and smoothie ingredients to brand standards. • Uses sanitation practices to handle and prepare food. • Sets up and monitors food and smoothie workstations. • Cleans and organizes kitchen, workstations, dining room, restrooms, and other areas in the cafe. • Follows the steps to operate the register, including taking customer orders, accurately handling cash and being responsible for the drawer. • Follows all safety and security policies set by the brand.
