Essential Functions • Lead planning and execution of analyses by managing and leveraging junior project team members • Be a thought partner to internal leadership and clients in answering key business questions • Design and optimize field team structure, sizing, and territory alignment using workload, potential, and travel efficiency metrics; ensure balanced coverage of priority accounts and HCPs • Develop and administer Incentive compensation plans, including metric selection, payout curves, and fairness testing; manage quarterly goal setting, attainment tracking, and payout processing • Brand Analytics - Analyze brand performance across promotional channels, market access, and prescriber behavior; deliver actionable insights to inform strategy and maximize ROI. • Serve as client point of contact on one-off as well as long-term support engagements • Work on creating best practices and modules to help standardize analyses across Trinity • Assist in creating and implementing quality control best practices • Provide on-site support to clients when applicable • Work closely with generalists as well as cross-functional Trinity members from market research, data solutions, RWE, etc. to conduct analyses that leverage multiple areas of expertise • Develop client-ready support materials independently and clearly present analysis finding • Assist project manager with establishing timelines for internal and external deliverables • Drive internal communication to keep all team members in the loop with project status • Deliver solutions to clients, exercising sound business judgment, proactively following up on tasks as needed and managing tasks through to completion • Support strategic and operational initiatives as assigned Position Requirements • Education: BS or MS in Quantitative, Business, or other related fields • Work Experience: 3-5 years of work experience in commercial operations, analytics, or related area. Experience/familiarity with life sciences secondary datasets is preferred. Position Summary Trinity Life Sciences is seeking a Lead System Administrator. This is a full-time position that requires strong troubleshooting skills and a customer service focus. This position will be based out of Trinity’s Waltham, MA and New York, NY office. Essential Functions The Lead Systems Administrator will report to the AD based out of the US. He/she will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of Trinity’s infrastructural and architecture in line with Trinity’s security policies. He/she is expected to help guide a team of systems administrators and provide technical expertise and guidance to ensure the stability, security, and efficiency of the IT infrastructure. This role involves managing hardware and software installations, troubleshooting system issues, and implementing best practices for system performance and security. The Lead Systems Administrator will collaborate with other IT teams and departmental stakeholders to develop and implement strategic IT initiatives and ensure that the organization's technology infrastructure meets the needs of the business. Within our Analytics organization, we have well-established SME verticals (e.g., forecasting, sales analytics, commercial data solutions, data science). Trinity is investing in expanding our Analytics Generalist team, which operates as a horizontal team of multi-toolkit experts across our Analytics offerings. This team has ownership of client relationships and overall customer accounts. Business Development: Develop and grow business through lead and revenue generation, expansion of team and furthering team capabilities. • Identify new opportunities with clients, field RFPs and develop proposals, primarily focused on opportunities across Trinity analytics capabilities (e.g. data orchestration, AIML, omnichannel, RWE, etc.) and as part of broader Trinity commercialization responses. • Be responsible for independently generating at least $3 to $5 million in revenue annually (achieved through new incremental revenue from new clients and supporting existing Trinity clients) and overseeing a $5 to $10 million+ dollar book of business. Project Leadership • Hold independent accountability to project and client success across engagements, long-term Trinity team and client relationships. • Set the vision and efficient execution plan for successful project delivery. • Collaborate with other functions and centers of excellence for bringing diverse set of methods to enable right outcomes for our clients.
