Assess and remediate IT security risks across enterprise systems, manage security policies, and coordinate with governance and vendors. | Requires 5+ years in information security, CISSP preferred, experience in security operations, risk assessments, and strong communication and leadership skills. | The Sr. Information Security Analyst is responsible for assessing information risk and facilitates remediation of identified vulnerabilities for IT security and IT risk across the enterprise. Assesses information risk and facilitates remediation of identified vulnerabilities with the network, systems, and applications. Reports on findings and recommendations for corrective action. Performs vulnerability assessments as assigned utilizing IT security tools and methodologies. Performs assessments of the IT security/risk posture within the IT network, systems and software applications. Identifies opportunities to reduce risk and documents remediation options regarding acceptance or mitigation of risk scenarios. Facilitates and monitors performance of risk remediation tasks, changes related to risk mitigation & reports on findings. Maintains oversight of IT and vendors regarding the security maintenance of their systems and applications. Liaise with other governance functions such Operations, IT, HR, Legal, and Compliance. Key responsibilities including but not limited to: • Management of IT security and IT risk (e.g., data systems, network and/or web) across the enterprise • Address questions from internal and external audits and examinations • Develop policies, procedures and standards that meet existing and newly developed policy and regulatory requirements including SOX, PCI, and/or HIPAA guidance • Facilitate IT security/risk training curriculum • Serve as a leader within IT security projects • Plan, implement, and upgrade security measures and controls • Maintain data and monitor security access • Manage network, intrusion detection and prevention systems • Recommend and install appropriate tools and countermeasures • Define, implement and maintain corporate security policies • Coordinate security plans with outside vendors • Maintain knowledge of new security trends and technologies • Other tasks as needed/determined Education and Experience Requirements: • 5+ years of experience in information security or related IT roles. • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) Certified (Preferred) • Associates Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience in on the job experience • Proven experience with: • Security operations and incident response • Vulnerability management and threat analysis • Network and application security • Security architecture and risk assessments Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities • Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration • Strong inter-personal, written, and oral communication skills including the ability to communicate complex technical issues to non-technical staff • Ability to translate technical risks into business impacts • Leadership and mentoring capabilities • Demonstrated ability to work in teams and prioritize and manage competing work assignments in a time sensitive environment • 1-2 experience with Networking, Microsoft Windows Enterprise systems, and security-related systems • Understanding of NIST cybersecurity framework • Understanding of HIPAA compliance requirements • Strong troubleshooting skills Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws. Manage patient scheduling and communication for home-based services ensuring timely service delivery and quality customer experience. | High school diploma or GED required, associates degree preferred, strong communication and computer skills, ability to work independently and in teams. | Full-Time Shift- Remote- Monday thru Friday 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Eastern Standard Time Role The TridentCare at Home Patient Success Coordinator (PSC) holds primary ownership of each Customer and Patient experience. This position is responsible for internal oversight for all home-based orders to ensure that TridentCare meets or exceeds its customer commitments related to the execution and follow-up of the service provided. Tasks And Responsibilities • Work directly with the field leadership team to ensure the timeliness of services provided to the patient are within a customer’s service matrix. • Assisting with the scheduling of our services and communicating with the patient and/or ordering entity; when applicable. • Providing ETAs to the patient or ordering entity, when applicable. • Rescheduling and cancelling exams when appropriate and communicating with the patient and/or ordering entity. • Working with internal field operations to help prioritize the dispatching of techs based upon client SLAs. • Become SMEs in the various models of TridentCare at Home clients including Hospital at Home, Emergency Department in Home, and PACE programs. • Work with internal teleradiology team to ensure successful image transfer processes, when applicable. • Address patient and/or client questions/concerns timely; record for Quality Improvement metrics. • Assist in obtaining required paperwork for timely and accurate billing, as applicable. • Monitor reporting and operational metrics for all home‐based services. • Answer incoming customer service orders as soon as possible. • Display active listening and superior customer service skills for both external & internal customers. • Display the ability to enter orders manually via our fax process. • Navigate seamlessly through the TridentCare applications (TCC, DDF, etc.) • Display the ability to operate the phone system effectively. • Adhere to work schedule Skills/Experience • Ability to work independently and as a team. • Ability to communicate effectively through electronic means including Microsoft Teams, Skype and Web based meetings. • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft office suite (Outlook, Word, & Excel). Strong customer service skills. • Solid communication skills (including verbal, written, and listening skills). • Solid problem solving and decision‐making abilities. • Results oriented and goal driven. • Strong ethics, integrity, and accountability. • Ability to type 35‐40 words per minute. • Medical terminology/experience preferred but not required. • High School degree or GED equivalent required. Associates Degree (B.A.) preferred. #MBX
