About the role We're looking to add a Sr Demand Generation Manager to our marketing team to run multi-channel, full-funnel programs in Europe and select strategic markets globally. We’re in search of someone who knows how to tailor demand generation strategies at the country-level to move prospects from awareness to open pipeline. In this role, you will own campaign strategy, execution, and optimization across our content syndication, event & media partnerships, and you'll work closely with our digital team to optimize social, display, and search. You will Build and activate strategic multi-channel plans tailored to Europe that support the buyer’s journey from awareness to consideration to deal open. Create a land and expand motion to test for market viability in EMEA, APAC & LATAM. Deploy and manage demand generation campaigns across a couple customer segments. Drive continuous improvement through testing and performance optimization to achieve click, conversion, deal, and ROAS targets. Partner cross-functionally with product marketing, content marketing, web, and the demand gen team to develop performant ad creative & landing pages that maximize impact. Partner directly with SDRs to educate on demand gen campaigns and build a feedback loop that supports deal growth You have 7+ years running international demand generation campaigns that drive results Experience running land and expand campaigns in new markets A proactive approach to monitoring performance and adjusting tactics to make campaigns successful Agility and speed in testing new channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion Proven success working with cross-functional teams to drive value and results An eye for detail and a transparent written and verbal communication style Multilingual is a plus (French, Spanish, German) Why work with us We’re profitable with plenty more opportunity ahead, which is good news for your career growth. About the role We are hiring an experienced data analyst to partner with our internal stakeholders. You will primarily focus on supporting Tremendous' marketing and sales functions, and will partner with leaders across our organization to drive sustainable growth. Tremendous values data as a first-class citizen and believes insights unlock significant growth. You will be an integral part of the data team and collaborate closely with company-wide stakeholders. In this role, you will Apply various analytics methods to gain insights into the most critical aspects of our marketing and sales functions. Consolidate diverse facts and findings into compelling narratives that can be applied across Tremendous. Drive revenue by collaborating with Marketing and Sales teams to enhance our understanding and management of sustainable growth. Contribute to trusted, reliable data models to support self-serve analytics. Advocate for data-informed decisions by partnering with key stakeholders and senior leaders. Identify and implement improvements within the Data team by standardizing processes, developing innovative practices, and fostering new expertise. Join a growing data team and actively contribute to team collaboration and culture. More about you You write sophisticated SQL with a preference for well-architected data models, optimized query performance, and documented code. You are proficient with at least one visualization & business intelligence platform (e.g., Sigma, Tableau, Looker, Mode). Strong verbal and communication skills. You can articulate why something should be built a certain way and how it will impact the business. You expedite projects forward, favoring rapid and incremental development in parallel with problem-solving short-term obstacles. You employ a structured approach to handle ambiguous exploratory analysis, balancing thoroughness with the MVP mindset. You use data to drive marketing and sales teams to achieve ambitious goals and influence company-level outcomes. You use excellent judgment and sharp business and product instincts that allow you to prioritize. Bonus Experience with marketing and/or sales analytics working with a B2B software product.
