Compliance & Governance • Lead payroll compliance efforts across all regions, including adherence to internal controls, SOX requirements, data privacy, and labor laws. • Conduct periodic audits of payroll tax data and processes to identify discrepancies or risks. • Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) on payroll tax regulations, providing guidance to payroll, finance, HR, and legal teams. • Maintain and continuously improve the global payroll control framework. 3. Global Projects & Process Improvement • Drive implementation of global payroll tax process improvements and automation initiatives. • Support system upgrades, new country setups, and integrations from a tax and compliance perspective. • Partner with internal teams (e.g., HRIS, Legal, Finance) to ensure upstream and downstream data accuracy and alignment. 4.
