Responsibilities • Receive and Inspect Shipments – Unload and inspect incoming goods to ensure they match order specifications and are free of damage. • Inventory Management – Organize products in designated storage locations to maintain efficient inventory flow, conducting regular stock checks and cycle counts. • Order Fulfillment – Accurately pick, pack, and label items for shipment, ensuring all orders are complete and correctly processed. • Shipping Preparation – Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring products are securely packed and ready for transportation while meeting shipping deadlines. • Warehouse Organization – Maintain an organized and clean warehouse by following safety protocols, proper storage guidelines, and keeping aisles clear for efficient workflow. • Operate Warehouse Equipment – Safely operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks, forklifts, or hand trucks, to move items throughout the warehouse. • Quality Control – Ensure all products are in good condition before they are shipped and report any damaged or defective items to management. • Team Collaboration – Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily operational goals, meet productivity standards, and maintain a positive work environment.
