Lead patching team and manage IT infrastructure automation and endpoint management. | Senior-level experience in systems engineering, patch management, and IT automation using RMM tools like Kaseya and NinjaOne. | R TPG Management is a New Jersey–based property management firm specializing in single-family and small multi-family residential rentals. We provide full-service management, including leasing, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and compliance. Our mission is to protect property investments while scaling efficiently, with a goal of reaching 1,000 single-family and multi-family properties under management. We value professionalism, accountability, and strong relationships with both owners and residents. We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of single-family and small multi-family properties from A–Z. You will serve as the primary point of contact for property owners and will be fully accountable for portfolio performance, owner satisfaction, and asset protection. You will be supported by an Assistant Property Manager who handles resident renewals, delinquency follow-up, and routine issues — but you own the outcome. This is a hybrid role with 1–2 in-field days per week. Responsibilities • Manage single-family and small multi-family properties from A–Z • Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners, with a strong focus on owner satisfaction and retention • Perform in-field work 1–2 days per week, including: ,Property inspections, Owner meetings, Vendor meetings, Tenant escalation meetings • Oversee daily property operations: ,Maintenance coordination, Lease enforcement and compliance, Tenant communication and issue resolution, and compliance with state and local regulations. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Maintenance, Leasing, and Accounting teams • Proactively identify issues and implement solutions to protect asset value Requirements • 3+ years of experience managing single-family and multi-family properties • Experience working with both mom-and-pop owners and investors. • Strong communication, organization, and follow-through • Comfortable working independently in a hybrid / mostly remote environment • Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities effectively What We’re Looking For • Ownership mindset with strong accountability • Professional, confident communicator • Detail-oriented and solution-driven • Team-oriented with strong cross-functional collaboration skills Compensation & Benefits • Competitive compensation based on experience • Health benefits • Paid Time Off (PTO) • Paid vacation • Gas and mileage reimbursement for in-field work • Long-term growth opportunity within a scaling property management firm
