Regional sales leadership role focused on expanding TP-Link’s footprint with Tier 3 and Tier 4 regional ISPs through strategic partnerships and tailored sales solutions. Begin as “Player/Coach” to Sales Engineers. Key Responsibilities Market Development: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with regional ISPs. Relationship Management: Build trusted advisor relationships with ISP decision-makers and stakeholders. Sales Execution: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets. Channel Coordination: Work closely with distribution and channel partners to align go-to-market strategies. Industry Engagement: Represent TP-Link at industry events and forums relevant to Tier 3/4 ISPs. Forecasting & Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance updates. Required Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Experience: 7+ years in sales roles with direct experience selling to Tier 3/4 ISPs or rural telecom providers. Skills: Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills. Familiarity with broadband technologies and service provider environments. The Director of Customer ISP Marketing is a customer-focused, executive leadership position responsible for shaping and executing TP-Link Systems’ marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth in the Local ISP segment. Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive customer facing marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and customer retention. Product Marketing: Define customer segmentation, positioning, and messaging to establish TP-Link Systems' leadership, differentiation, and benefits to customers by Local ISP segment and buyer persona. Demand Generation: Collaborate with sales and executive leadership to develop and execute high-performing, integrated marketing campaigns Metrics and Measurement: Establish process and performance metrics, including KPIs, to analyze performance and optimize the effectiveness of all marketing programs. Customer Co-Marketing: Define and implement co-marketing programs with ISP customers, Channel Partners, and industry consortia to drive awareness and demand for TP-Link Systems' products Field Marketing: Determine and execute a comprehensive, cost-effective strategy for shows, conferences, and events (third-party and self-produced) to maximize TP-Link Systems' brand exposure, highlight product positioning, and generate demand. Budget Management: Manage and track TP-Link Systems' marketing budget to maximize the return on marketing efforts Team Leadership: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team with a focus on continuous improvement of marketing metrics and KPIs Required Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s in business, marketing, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
