Who We’re Looking For Toyota Financial Services (TFS) Data Governance Office is looking for a highly motivated person to fill a role as an Analyst, Enterprise Data Governance. Someone with excellent organizational and communication skills paired with an experimental mindset to drive innovation amidst uncertainty would work well in this role. The primary responsibility of this role is to assist technical staff in the Data Management, Technology, and Information Security space with the analysis of risk and design of key controls to mitigate that risk across their systems, processes, and environments. What You’ll Be Doing Policy and Standard reviews against industry requirements / standards. Maturity Model Assessments on Data Capabilities and Controls. Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists and data analytics teams to support data-driven initiatives. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree or higher with a focus on Information Systems, Business, Risk Management, or equivalent related experience. 3+ years of professional experience in Data Governance. Demonstrated experience in Control Oversight and Governance. Demonstrated experience with Agile Project Management principles. Proven ability to bridge business, risk management, and technical concepts. Added Bonus if You Have Six Sigma Certification. 3+ years of professional work experience in Financial Services. Demonstrated experience in Capability Maturity or Business Process Management. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage and grow existing key external customer relationships for Toyota’s fuel cell products. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, the person in this role will support the Hydrogen department's objective to establish new business and cost reduction / revenue opportunities to achieve Toyota’s Fuel Cell Product & Service Ecosystem. What You’ll Be Doing • Developing and sustaining strong relationships with key external customers, serving as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer and industry needs • Negotiate contracts with key external customers to meet established milestones and achieve profitability targets • Collaborate and coordinate with internal divisions to ensure that key customers’ needs are met • Communicate efficiently and effectively to report progress of initiatives and key account metrics to internal and external stakeholders • Present to internal and external C-level executives What You Bring • Bachelor’s degree in business (Finance, Strategy, Sales) or Engineering • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proven experience in account management and program management • Ability to lead and coordinate multiple complex projects across diverse teams and partners • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, evolving business environment • A curious mindset with creative, out-of-the-box problem-solving abilities • Confidence in presenting to executive leadership • Strong negotiation skills paired with a customer-focused approach Added bonus if you have • Experience with fuel cells, hydrogen, and renewable energy • Experience with the commercial heavy duty equipment industries What We’ll Bring During your interview process, our team can fill you in on all the details of our industry-leading benefits and career development opportunities.
