Who we’re looking for The Model Governance team is seeking a qualified AI Governance Manager to support ongoing governance and operational oversight of the enterprise AI governance framework, as the organization’s deployment of AI capabilities continues to expand and necessitates a scalable control structure with rigorous oversight across the AI lifecycle. The Manager, AI Governance is accountable for directing the AI governance function and administering the end-to-end governance lifecycle for AI tools and use cases across the enterprise. This role leads a team of two senior analysts and acts as the central operating lead for AI governance activities, including subcommittee coordination, stakeholder alignment, risk management oversight, and governance platform administration. The Manager ensures AI tools and use cases are cataloged, assessed, monitored, and validated in alignment with enterprise control standards, regulatory obligations, and internal risk management requirements. Who we’re looking for Toyota’s Human Resources Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Talent Acquisition Manager, High Volume-Hourly and Skilled Labor. The person in this position helps drive Toyota's Talent Acquisition strategy by leading and supporting daily recruiting and hiring activities across multiple functions within our areas of high-volume hiring including Manufacturing and Call Center areas of focus. Additionally, this person manages projects related to the use of technology, process efficiency, optimization, and continuous improvement in the realm of Talent Acquisition and will lead the strategy build for their specific area of focus and drive KPIs, which they will have develop. In addition to leading a team of recruiters, the Talent Acquisition Manager will also work with the Talent Development, Strategy & Operations and External Workforce/Immigration/Vendor Management Teams to drive overall strategy and collaboration initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, the person in this role will support the team’s overall objective to develop and implement professional recruitment strategies that will advance Toyota’s inclusive culture. This role will manage a team of TA recruiters. What you’ll be doing Strategic Planning: Develop, implement, and execute annual strategic plans for Manufacturing and Call Center hiring initiatives, utilizing data-driven insights to inform decisions. Collaboration: Partner with business leaders to understand their workforce needs and align recruiting activities accordingly. Collaborate with business functions to manage recruiting activities and monitor performance management for direct reports. Team Management: Hire, develop, coach, and performance manage direct reports. Responsibilities include goal setting, mentorship, problem-solving, development, and providing regular weekly feedback, supported by performance data and analytics to track progress and identify areas for improvement Metrics Development: Create and analyze metrics to report to leadership and executives on college recruiting, trainee programs, and early talent initiatives. Develop a conversion dashboard to monitor conversions and ROI, using data analytics to optimize recruitment strategies. Know the Industry and Trends: Keep up with emerging trends and best practices, new technology, and TMNA/TFS strategy to ensure Manufacturing and Call Center alignment with short, mid-year, and long-term objectives. Collaboration: Work with all Talent Acquisition leadership, recruiters, TA tech product owners, and TA process optimization team, to identify and engage in strategic activities that enhance candidate/customer experience, increase quality of hires, and allow for greater speed in acquiring talent. What you bring Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related discipline and/or equivalent professional experience Extensive HR experience including talent management and performance management within a global organization Prior team leadership experience in a corporate environment Experience with high volume recruiting Advanced experience in customer-facing consultative project management including analytical, communications, client relations, and planning skills Experience training candidate screening framework and best practices Operational experience with Talent Acquisition process for large-scale/high volume recruitment Demonstrated experience in handling multiple priorities and projects in a dynamic, constantly changing environment Demonstrated experience handling complex and confidential information in a secure, dependable, timely, and responsible manner Demonstrated capability to manage multiple projects with conflicting timelines Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Ability to travel up to 10% of the time or as needed Added bonus if you Workday experience Team leadership experience specifically within recruitment Understanding of the hiring process within the automotive industry CRM knowledge and hands-on experience What We’ll Bring During your interview process, our team can fill you in on all the details of our industry-leading benefits and career development opportunities.
