Your expertise includes developing and executing Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) and Mechanical Integrity programs, ideally within a Process Safety Management (PSM) environment. You are proficient in SAP (preferably S4 Hana) and Microsoft Office, and have a deep understanding of reliability principles, asset management, and industry standards such as API, ASME, and ASNT. Your technical skills span nondestructive testing methods, lubrication analysis, vibration monitoring, and statistical analysis techniques like Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA). You are an analytical thinker, an effective communicator, and a collaborative team player with a proactive approach to safety and continuous improvement. Job Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. • Minimum of 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in reliability or maintenance engineering. • Experience with Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) and Mechanical Integrity programs within a Process Safety Management (PSM) environment preferred. • Hands-on experience with SAP (S4 Hana preferred). • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Strong understanding of reliability principles, asset management, and maintenance best practices. • Familiarity with industry standards such as API, ASME, and ASNT. • Experience with nondestructive testing methods (e.g., ultrasonic, radiography), lubrication analysis, vibration monitoring, and infrared thermography. • Knowledge of statistical analysis and failure mode identification techniques (e.g., FMEA, RCA).
