What You’ll Do In this role, you will be responsible for: • Assist attorneys and case managers in reviewing and assessing the merits of clients’ Personal Injury claims by organizing, reviewing, and summarizing records, documents, and evidence to support early case evaluation and valuation • Support the development of claims from intake through resolution by gathering documentation, summarizing liability and damages, and ensuring complete, accurate case files prior to demand • Prepare and organize demand packages, including medical summaries, billing summaries, liability documentation, and supporting evidence to maximize claim value and facilitate negotiations • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients during the pre-litigation phase, providing updates, requesting documentation, explaining processes, and maintaining compassionate, consistent communication • Communicate with insurance carriers to confirm coverage, provide documentation, track claim status, and assist attorneys in negotiating settlements • Maintain organized electronic case files, track deadlines and treatment progress, update case management systems, and ensure all pre-litigation milestones are met efficiently • Uphold professional ethics, confidentiality, and compliance with all applicable legal rules, firm policies, and regulatory requirements At TopDog Law, everyone is expected to think critically, communicate clearly, and take ownership of their work. How This Role Drives the Business This role is critical to our success because it: • Maximizes case value through strong advocacy, sound judgment, and strategic litigation execution • Moves cases efficiently through the litigation lifecycle to support faster resolutions and healthier cash flow • Protects and elevates the TopDog Law brand through professionalism, preparation, and credibility with courts, opposing counsel, and clients • Reduces risk and rework by spotting issues early, making decisive recommendations, and communicating clearly across teams • Supports scale by following and improving litigation processes that allow the firm to grow without sacrificing quality Your ability to balance speed, strategy, and quality ensures clients are well-served, teams stay aligned, and the firm continues its rapid, disciplined growth. What Success Looks Like Within your first 6–12 months, success in this role looks like: • You consistently move cases toward resolution by keeping files organized, complete, and settlement-ready • You proactively identify missing records, gaps in treatment documentation, and next steps to increase case value • You communicate clearly and compassionately with clients, building trust and confidence • You support attorneys and case managers by reducing administrative burden and improving efficiency • You contribute to timely, favorable settlements and high client satisfaction Qualifications Required: • 2–6 years of experience supporting Personal Injury pre-litigation matters on cases in Georgia • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail • Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Experience requesting, reviewing, and summarizing medical records and bills • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently while collaborating with a team Nice to Have: • Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate (not required) • Experience in high-volume or fast-growing law firms • Familiarity with Personal Injury claims processes and insurance procedures • Experience with case management software (e.g., Filevine, Clio, SmartAdvocate) • Comfort working in evolving systems and processes About TopDog Law TopDog Law is a nationally scaling, fully integrated, personal injury law firm with strong partner relationships across the country. Job Overview: TopDog Law is seeking a Learning Solutions Specialist for a full-time, remote position reporting directly to the Learning & Development Manager. This role encompasses both Instructional Design and Training Delivery, thereby ensuring the development of engaging learning content and the facilitation of impactful training experiences. The successful candidate will possess a robust background in instructional design, adult learning principles, eLearning technologies, and classroom/virtual facilitation. Responsibilities: Analysis & Needs Assessment: • Conduct needs analysis to identify areas for growth and skill gaps within the business. • Collaborate with the training manager, key business stakeholders and leadership to align training initiatives with strategic goals. • Serve as an expert in instructional design and adult learning methodologies to guide the creation of learning solutions. Design & Development: • Design comprehensive learning journeys and curriculum frameworks that blend various delivery tools, such as virtual classrooms, webinars, and e-learning. • Develop course content and e-learning resources, including storyboards, scripts, and multimedia elements. • Utilize e-learning authoring tools to create interactive and visually appealing online courses. • Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate complex information into effective and engaging content. Evaluation & Improvement: • Design and deliver assessments that measure knowledge retention and application. • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback loops. • Establish and report on key metrics to demonstrate the return on investment (ROI) of learning programs. • Prepare materials for regular updates to business stakeholders. • Continuously refine instructional materials and training programs based on performance outcomes and feedback.
