Our goal is to establish a decentralized identity protocol that is open for any developer to contribute to and build upon. Built on Web3 technology, World ID prioritizes privacy, security, and data self-custody as foundational principles. We ensure that users maintain full control of their data, setting a new standard for privacy in the digital age. Challenges and opportunities we tackle include: Scaling globally with local relevance, ensuring World ID works for people across diverse regions and contexts. Building a vibrant global partnerships & developer community that spans both Web2 and Web3 ecosystems. Bridging the gap between Web2 and Web3, making the transition seamless for users and developers. Empowering users to control their own data through data minimization at internet scale. Introducing a new, privacy-preserving digital credential to the evolving digital identity ecosystem. Together, we are redefining what it means to own and protect your digital identity in a decentralized world. About the Opportunity: As the Product Operations Manager for World ID, you will drive the infrastructure, systems, and workflows essential for scaling user adoption and unlocking new utility for World ID. You’ll focus on ensuring that BD, regional teams, and developers have the right systems, documentation, and support to activate integrations and scale adoption across geographies. In this role, you'll lead market research, operationalize the partner funnel strategy, maintain partner-facing assets like the IDKit SDK, and support consistent product messaging across different use cases and partner types. This is a highly cross-functional role working across Product, Engineering, BD, DevRel, PMM, and MarketOps. You’ll be central to driving partner enablement, helping scale the impact of World ID integrations globally — from enterprise launches to regional rollouts. In this role, you will: Lead Market Research and Analysis: Conduct deep market research to assess competitive landscapes, identify growth opportunities, and provide actionable insights to product and engineering teams. Drive strategic initiatives, including partner evaluations, stakeholder mapping, and new growth strategies. Operationalize the partner funnel strategy — ensuring partners are tracked, prioritized, and supported consistently across regions and partner types Improve product development operations — partnering with Product and Engineering to streamline how we plan, build, and launch. Optimize internal processes, rituals, and tools to reduce friction and increase clarity across the product lifecycle. Support vendor coordination across the product stack — helping onboard, track, and operationalize third-party vendors critical to product delivery. Own IDKit SDK as a partner-facing asset — working with Product and Engineering to keep it updated, reliable, and optimized for repeatable use cases Maintain and improve developer-facing documentation — including writing technical guides, publishing updates, and editing code samples directly where needed Support partner enablement at scale — by building and maintaining collateral, playbooks, demo kits, and messaging guides for BD and regional teams Drive internal alignment across Product, DevRel, PMM, and MarketOps — ensuring teams have what they need to activate, pitch, and support integrations Support DevRel and partner teams in executing small to mid-size integrations — including lightweight SDK and config changes where appropriate Manage funnel tooling and reporting systems — including tagging, tracking, and surfacing key metrics that inform team priorities and unblock execution Lead internal documentation, training sessions, and knowledge sharing — to scale the team’s ability to work with external partners confidently and effectively Capture and relay field insights to Product and Engineering — helping close the loop from partner feedback to roadmap improvements Codify and scale what works — turning one-off solutions into reusable frameworks that raise the quality and consistency of how we build and operate. About You: 5+ years of experience in product operations, strategy, or a similar role within fast-paced, high-growth organizations. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, uncover insights, and translate them into actionable strategies. Experience leading market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and growth strategies. Strong technical proficiency — comfortable reading and writing code, working with APIs and SDKs, and contributing to developer documentation Proven experience supporting partner- or customer-facing teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments Experience managing and maintaining developer-facing content, demos, and onboarding materials Skilled in designing and scaling internal systems, processes, and reporting tools (e.g., HubSpot, Airtable, Notion, dashboards) Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities without losing momentum Strong ownership mindset — you roll up your sleeves to get things done, move fast with limited resources, and unblock others Experience in Web3, blockchain, or decentralized identity systems is highly desirable, but not required. Passionate about privacy, decentralization, and World ID’s mission to empower everyone with a secure and user-controlled digital identityThe reasonably estimated salary for this role at TFH ranges from $110,000 - $130,000, plus a competitive long term incentive package.
