About the team: The Logistics team at Tools for Humanity oversees the global movement, deployment, and management of Orbs and related hardware across more than 40 markets. We operate at the intersection of technology, compliance, and operations, building scalable systems that ensure fast, compliant, and cost-effective distribution. Our team collaborates closely with Product, Market Operations, Finance, and Engineering to continuously improve how we deliver value globally. About the role: As a Logistics Operations Specialist (North America), you will play a critical role in the backbone of our supply chain, executing and improving the movement of goods across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. You’ll ensure every shipment, delivery, and inventory transfer is accurate, compliant, and on time. Operating from our Dallas Hub, you’ll coordinate with freight forwarders, 3PL partners, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders to maintain visibility and flow across TFH’s growing North American network. This includes inbound shipments from global hubs, regional warehouse operations, and outbound deliveries to markets and distribution centers. You’ll manage the details that keep logistics running, shipment documentation, hazmat declarations, ERP data accuracy, and daily exception resolution, while identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and system integrity. You’ll be part of a collaborative, high-performing logistics team that values precision, problem-solving, and continuous improvement. This position directly supports all five pillars of TFH’s logistics framework: Global Distribution, Customs Clearance, Importer of Record (IOR) Program, Warehousing, and Final-Mile Delivery. In this role, you will: Coordinate day-to-day inbound and outbound shipments across North America, ensuring all movements are accurate, on time, and fully documented. Manage logistics data in ERP and TMS systems to maintain visibility and reconcile inventory movements between hubs and local warehouses. Prepare and validate shipping and customs documentation, including Proforma Invoices, Commercial Invoices, and Dangerous Goods Declarations. Collaborate with 3PLs, carriers, and internal teams to resolve delivery exceptions, customs holds, and operational issues quickly. Support logistics projects and process improvements that enhance visibility, automation, and last-mile delivery performance. This group drives user adoption by managing partnerships, business development, and or distribution on the ground. This role sits at the intersection of Sales and Go-to-Market execution in the United States and collaborates closely with cross functional teams, to ensure global and local alignment and operational excellence. About the Role We are looking for an entrepreneurial, execution-focused Sales Lead to drive the growth of our commercial efforts in the United States. You’ll spend much of your time in the field, going door-to-door to retail stores, cafés, and restaurants, building partnerships that bring World hardware devices and offers to everyday consumers. This person will play a key role in our go-to-market initiatives — Orbs for All (merchant-hosted Orb deployments) and World ID Rewards (merchant-sponsored offers and loyalty campaigns). You’ll be directly responsible for hitting merchant acquisition targets and partnering cross-functionally with Product, Device, Logistics and the broader Market Ops org to implement at speed while ensuring compliance and consistency. This is a foundational role in one of World’s most strategic markets, and an opportunity to shape how America experiences and adopts our protocol. Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Execution Own the end-to-end sales funnel for both Orbs for All and World ID Rewards in your city, from merchant acquisition to activation. Personally prospect, pitch, and close merchants directly through door-to-door outreach, ensuring strong early traction and market credibility. Build and execute local go-to-market strategies that align with broader Market Ops and United States specific milestones Leverage internal performance data and market insights to shape merchant targeting, incentive models, and campaign strategy. Prioritize merchant verticals (e.g. convenience, retail, cafés) and test offer structures that drive both user verifications and long-term retention. Partner & Stakeholder Management Own key merchant relationships in your city.. Collaborate closely with the US General Manager and Merchants to deliver on shared goals and ensure integrated execution across sales and Orb deployment. Serve as the commercial liaison with cross-functional teams—including Product, Device, Logistics, and the broader Market Ops—to localize processes and execution. Operational Excellence Track and report on KPIs including Orb installations, active merchant count, reward redemptions, location performance, and cost per Orb deployed. Ensure compliance with local legal and policy standards for merchant onboarding and user rewards. Design and implement scalable systems for merchant support, asset deployment, and deal performance monitoring. Lead by example, showing your team how to pitch, close, and support merchants through your own direct fieldwork. Foster a culture of resilience, transparency, and accountability across the org. About You 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or merchant acquisition. Experience in door-to-door sales, territory management, or retail partnerships (telecom, payments, POS, or loyalty) is strongly preferred. You have experience scaling distributed partner or merchant networks with clear funnel accountability. You’re data-driven and strategic, regularly using performance data, feedback loops, and local insight to fine-tune execution, optimize funnels, and influence broader go-to-market strategy. You’re scrappy, resilient, and comfortable handling high-volume outreach and rejection in pursuit of market penetration. You are mission-aligned, with deep curiosity and belief in privacy-preserving identity and decentralized systems. Nice to have Experience scaling a merchant network or channel partner ecosystem. Experience in Web3, rewards/loyalty platforms, or identity systems. Familiarity with local consumer behavior, offline retail, or regulatory environments.
