Vector3 specializes in responding to Business Email Compromise (BEC) and Ransomware incidents, helping insured organizations investigate, contain, and recover from cyber related incidents. Building on our success in incident response, we are launching a Managed Detection and Response (MDR) service designed to protect our DFIR clients from future incidents. The MDR program will deliver proactive monitoring, detection, and prevention solutions — powered by tools like Sophos EDR/NDR, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace. Our first Senior Technical Account Manager (TAM) will be a cornerstone hire, responsible for establishing customer engagement processes, defining onboarding workflows, and mentoring future TAMs as we grow. Role Overview The Senior Technical Account Manager is the trusted advisor and technical liaison for MDR clients. You will ensure customers receive maximum value from their MDR partnership by managing onboarding, guiding deployment of security tools, and providing ongoing technical and strategic support. This is a player-coach role — hands-on in building customer success infrastructure while helping shape the direction of Vector3’s MDR service. You will collaborate closely with engineering, sales, and consulting teams to create a seamless post-incident experience that transforms recovery into resilience. Customer Success & Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact for MDR customers, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and long-term success. Develop a deep understanding of each customer’s environment, compliance obligations, and business needs. Conduct regular check-ins, technical health reviews, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs). Manage client communications with empathy and clarity during both calm and crisis. Onboarding & Technical Enablement Lead customer onboarding for MDR and EDR solutions — including Sophos, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace integrations. Coordinate deployment of sensors, connectors, and integrations with customer IT/security teams. Translate technical requirements into clear, actionable implementation steps. Build and maintain documentation, onboarding guides, and best-practice playbooks. Program Development Design and refine TAM operational processes — including client lifecycle management, escalation handling, and renewal workflows. Partner with MDR engineering leadership to align service delivery with customer expectations and security outcomes. Mentor future TAMs on technical, operational, and customer engagement best practices. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment Work closely with sales, engineering, and consulting leadership to ensure smooth client transitions between incident response and MDR. Provide technical pre-sales support when needed — assisting in demos, RFP responses, and solution scoping. Gather client feedback and translate it into actionable product and process improvements. Reviewing insurance policies, managing claims, and coordinating with outside counsel to resolve litigated and non-litigated claims. | Minimum five years of legal experience, with claims handling preferred, and ability to interpret insurance policies and manage claims independently. | Insurance Claims Attorney – Municipal Risk Hybrid Work Schedule or Remote (Remote work eligibility depends on the location of the candidate) You are the City Manager of a large municipality. On your watch: Your police department is involved in a joint task force made up of several officers from different local municipalities. The task force, in executing a warrant, enters the home to find the occupant with a weapon pointed at them. The officers fire at the occupant causing severe injuries including permanent paralysis resulting in millions of future medical care; Your Emergency Medical Services personnel are responding to a 911 call. The driver of the ambulance proceeds through an intersection and collides with another vehicle, causing serious bodily injury to the other vehicle’s driver, and the driver sues the City; A resident is leaving City Hall after paying her taxes and trips and falls on an uneven sidewalk, hitting her head and fracturing her shoulder. She retains a personal injury lawyer who files a Notice of Tort Claim against the City for negligent maintenance of the sidewalk; What do you do? You contact your insurance carrier who issued you a package insurance policy, including various liability coverages, and speak with a qualified Claims Attorney who will review the policy for potential coverage and will retain outside counsel to preserve evidence, control the media narrative, and protect your interests. That same Claims Attorney will be intimately familiar with your claim and guide you through the litigation process in conjunction with the assigned defense attorney to protect your City’s interests. The Claims Attorney will rely upon his or her legal experience from the initial coverage analysis through final resolution of the matter. The Tokio Marine HCC - Public Risk Group is seeking a self-motivated Claims Attorney to join our growing Claims Department and handle litigated and non-litigated claims primarily arising under Auto and General Liability, as well as potentially some Law Enforcement, Public Officials, and Employment Practices liability policies in various jurisdictions. If you are looking to enhance your legal career and/or insurance industry experience in a fast-paced, ever-expanding insurance company, we have an exciting opportunity to join our Casualty Claims team. Position Overview This position involves interpretation of coverage and requires collaboration with outside counsel in analyzing and resolving claims within designated limits of authority. This includes investigation, analysis of liability and damages exposure, drafting and issuance of coverage position letters, and development of strategies for resolution of litigated and non-litigated claims. The Claims Attorney is also responsible for determination of probable loss exposure and establishment of reserves, as well as maintenance of claim files and documents in accordance with Company policy and procedure. This individual will report to a senior member of the Casualty and Litigation management team and will work claims with limited supervision from his or her desk. Performance Objectives Gain understanding of the insurance policies and procedures: During the first 30 days you will be reviewing Auto and General Liability, Law Enforcement, Public Officials, and Employment Practices liability policies as well as reviewing governmental immunities for each state in which we write business. You will understand how the claims department operates within the Tokio Marine HCC structure through direct training and interactions with claims staff, underwriters, and brokers. You will be able to navigate the claims systems and begin handling claims of limited complexity and exposure. Build confidence and be proficient in insured/broker communications: During the first 60 to 90 days, you will develop confidence in contacting insureds, performing independent investigations, and communicating the Company’s coverage position. You will manage litigated and non-litigated claims as well as develop action plans for Reserving and Resolution opportunities. You will be handling all aspects of a growing inventory of claims while working more independently. Obtain Adjusting License: You will be expected to obtain all necessary adjusting licenses within approximately 180 days (or within timeframe directed by management) of your employment. Develop independent working environment: Within 6 months, you will work independently drafting your own coverage letters, completing authority requests when needed, and settling claims as appropriate within authority with limited management oversight. Experience & Education Educational requirements: Juris Doctor (J.D.) Experience: Minimum five (5) years of relevant legal experience, with two-plus (2+) years of relevant claims handling preferred. Technical Skills: Intermediate proficiency and experience in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Key Competencies Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Advanced organizational and analytical skills with high attention to detail. Ability to work independently, managing time and resources to accomplish multiple tasks in fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
