Ensure Operational Excellence: Drive operational excellence by delivering on commitments to partners and internal stakeholders, establishing robust processes such as new data constructs for seamless affiliate tracking, and building scalable affiliate operations from zero to maturity to support long-term growth and efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including: Credit: to align on acquisition strategies.. Product: to enhance customer experience with through our onboarding process. Data Infrastructure: to maintain data quality for accurate analytics and reporting. Why you're a great fit Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field. Experience: 4+ years of industry experience in business analytics, preferably within financial services or fintech, with a focus on driving performance through affiliate channels/strategic partnerships. Technical Skills: Advanced analytical proficiency, experience with SQL, Python, or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) for campaign optimization and reporting. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams to align affiliate strategies with broader business goals.
