This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing and business development to support our team in driving growth and building strong client relationships. What you'll do • Lead Generation Support: Assist the marketing and business development team with day-to-day outbound prospecting and lead generation initiatives. • Prospect List Building: Support the team by building clean and segment targeted prospect lists using a variety of data sources. • Performance Tracking: Monitor outbound campaign metrics and help surface insights on what messaging and audiences perform best. • Prospect Research: Identify and research prospective firms and decision-makers to support targeted, high-quality outbound outreach. • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records by logging activity, updating contact information, and tagging leads appropriately. • Data Quality & Enrichment: Enrich lead and account data by validating contact details and filling data gaps between data tools and internal CRM. • Process Documentation: Help document lead generation workflows, best practices, and repeatable outbound processes. • Ad-Hoc Marketing Support: Provide general support on additional marketing and business development projects as needed. Qualifications • Currently enrolled in a co-op program at Northeastern University, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). • Detail-oriented with strong notetaking and documentation skills. • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. • Previous experience in a marketing or administrative support role is a plus. Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in ETF operations, trading, or client service at an issuer, broker-dealer, trust, or market-making firm. Solid understanding of ETF operations (creation/redemption, trading processes, and compliance basics). Strong client-facing communication skills—comfortable engaging with senior executives as well as operations teams. Ability to translate technical/operational details into clear explanations for diverse audiences. Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and handle shifting priorities.
