Compensation$70K - 120K a year

Build operating foundation for commercial organization by establishing processes, performance standards, and management tools while partnering with sales leadership. | 5+ years in Sales/Revenue Operations or commercial analytics with proficiency in SQL, BI platforms, and CRM. | The Team The Commercial Strategy & Revenue Operations team exists to solve some of TheGuarantors' highest-priority commercial challenges. We identify opportunities to grow the business, develop strategies to capture them, and work across the organization to turn those strategies into measurable results. Our work spans every part of the commercial organization. We partner closely with Sales, Product, Risk, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to improve how we serve customers, launch new initiatives, strengthen our go-to-market strategy, and build the capabilities that enable the business to scale. Because our work cuts across functions, success depends on building trusted partnerships, influencing without formal authority, and aligning teams around a common goal. We aren't an internal consulting team. We own initiatives from strategy through execution and are accountable for the impact they create. The people who thrive here are comfortable with ambiguity, motivated by ownership, and excited to solve difficult business problems. The Opportunity As the Commercial Operations & Analytics Lead, you'll build the operating foundation that enables our commercial organization to perform at its best. As our business grows, creating a high-performing commercial organization requires more than reporting and dashboards. It requires clear operating rhythms, trusted performance insights, scalable processes, and the discipline to turn data into action. You'll help design the systems that guide how we plan, measure performance, allocate resources, and make commercial decisions. This is a highly cross-functional leadership role for someone who enjoys building. You'll work across Sales, Data, Risk, Pricing, Product, Marketing, and Operations to create the infrastructure that enables better decision-making and stronger commercial performance. Your success will be measured by the quality of the operating foundation you build and the business outcomes it enables. This is a hybrid role based in NYC. What You'll Do Define what excellent Revenue Operations and strategic commercial enablement look like at TheGuarantors, and build the capabilities required to support a high-performing commercial organization Establish the processes, performance standards, and management tools that help commercial leaders run the business effectively Partner with Sales leadership and members of the Sales org to identify the highest-friction points in the sales process and develop scalable solutions that improve seller effectiveness, manager leverage, and commercial execution Generate insights that inform core commercial decisions, including performance priorities, resource allocation, account coverage, territory design, and growth investments Lead improvements to the systems and workflows that support planning, pipeline management, execution, knowledge sharing, and accountability across the commercial organization Develop new approaches to sales enablement that embed guidance, insights, and best practices directly into sellers' day-to-day workflows rather than relying primarily on traditional training Manage high-impact analytical, operational, and enablement initiatives from problem definition through implementation, adoption, and measurement What You'll Bring Typically 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, commercial analytics, business operations, or a related function in a high-growth environment Previous experience in management consulting or strategy is a plus Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights and actionable business recommendations Experience building scalable commercial operating processes, performance management frameworks, and reporting capabilities Advanced proficiency with SQL, business intelligence platforms such as Power BI, and/or CRMs is strongly preferred Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decisions across technical and non-technical audiences A systems-oriented mindset, exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for building scalable organizations Benefits Opportunities to make an impact within a fast growing company Medical, dental, & vision insurance, beginning day one Health savings account with employer contribution Flexible spending accounts (healthcare, dependent care, commuter) 401(k) Generous PTO and paid holidays In-office lunch Perk Flexible working hours Paid parental leave Company sponsored short and long term disability Base Salary The base salary range is between $180,000 - $200,000 annually.
