JOB SUMMARY The National Account On-Premise Director, Central TX will be responsible for lead selling against a defined set of the largest restaurant chain customers in the US as well as identifying and executing against high-growth regionalized chains. They will be accountable for achieving all revenue, volume, and distribution goals for The Wine Group, Inc. on-premise portfolio of brands. This candidate must live within one of the Texas Metro areas. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS • Responsible for lead selling and relationship management against 40+ of the US’s largest restaurant chain operators in the Central region, including Landry’s Inc. • Work directly with our customers’ executive leaders to develop a mutual strategic vision that supports the growth and awareness of TWG’s brands with a focus on priority On Premise brands for the company (Meiomi, Imagery, Benziger, Tribute, Silver Gate, etc.) • Create individualized sales and marketing plans for each assigned customers and manage execution through TWG’s field sales organization and distributors • Develop and implement annual operating plan which includes financial, volume and distribution objectives for TWG’s priority brands. • Demonstrate advanced financial acumen. Financial management requirements are achieving revenue goals, spending within a defined threshold against legal customer activity, managing to or under assigned T&E. • Manage and achieve annual scorecard goals. • Achieve all departmental compliance goals. • Establish and execute a joint business plan with the top five customers in the Central region. • Identify opportunities where this channel of business can develop or sustain TWG’s brands’ lifecycles. • Utilize data and trade marketing resources to develop and execute compelling, relevant ideas and programming to create an environment where TWG’s brands will pull and deliver incremental value to the national customer base. • Introduce creative sales execution concepts, be a thought leader, and establish best practices within the job scope. • Work closely with SGWS vice presidents and directors to develop clear shared customer strategy. • Administrative Responsibilities • Complete & review monthly scorecard reports with manager. • Manage budgets: Pricing, Incentives, customer support along with travel & entertainment and other departmental expenses. • Run monthly required reports. • Process sample requests. • Ensure all sales practices are compliant with state and company policies. • This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities required of the employee for their job. QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field required. • 7+ years of sales experience in the Alcohol Beverage Industry or related business with a knowledge and passion for selling wine. • 5+ years of experience working with multi-unit on premise operators • Proven track record of delivering business growth and achieving financial targets in sales • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, forecasting, and opportunity identification. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools. • Well organized with ability to work both independently and within team environment • Must be adaptive to change within organization and industry. • Results oriented, innovative, strong problem solving and negotiation skills. • Ability to multi-task and work at a fast pace • Ability to work and succeed in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Willing to travel frequently with overnight stays, as needed. • Support and model all company procedures and policies. • Demonstrated reliability and punctuality, work effectively in a team/crew environment, and adherence to all safety regulations and operating procedures. • Must reside in Texas and be able to travel as needed for in-market engagement. PHYSICAL DEMANDS • Work from home in a remote environment but travel up to 60% of your time to see customers • Must be able to participate in field market visits, including retail environments, which may involve standing or walking for extended periods. • Ability to lift and transport marketing materials or product samples (up to 25 lbs.). • Must maintain a clean driving record and meet minimum state insurance requirements. COMPENSATION • Hiring Salary Range Posted: $148,700 - $223,100. • Actual compensation will be based on factors such as experience, skills, knowledge, and abilities; education; and other position-related factors. JOB SUMMARY The Financial Systems & Data Analytics Manager is a strategic and hands-on role responsible for optimizing and supporting our JD Edwards (JDE) ERP system and driving data analytics initiatives across the Accounting and Finance functions. This role serves as a critical liaison between Accounting, Finance, IT, and Operations, ensuring system integrity, data accuracy, and actionable insights through advanced reporting and analytics. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong business acumen and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Critical thinking, attention to detail & proactiveness are pivotal to success in this role. This role is eligible for remote work. The role reports to the Director Internal Controls and Process Improvement at The Wine Group. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Process Improvement & Operational Support • Identify opportunities for process optimization within Accounting and Finance operations and implement robust improvements leveraging system capabilities. • Manage cross-functional projects from concept through implementation, including documentation and stakeholder alignment. • Support month-end and year-end close activities with system and data expertise. Reporting / Visualization - Design, Update and Maintenance • Advanced Excel knowledge demonstrating a thorough knowledge of various Mathematic, Logical, Text and Reference formulas. • Experience with Power Bi is a must as a modern reporting platform, focusing on report consistency, ease of use, and adoption. • Capacity to utilize a combination of DAX and SQL queries while leveraging Power Query for report generation and automation. • Develop a suite of reports and dashboards that are routinely managed, updated, and presented to a wide audience. • Drive report adoption through live or virtual trainings, explaining key metric definitions, report capabilities, and analysis outcomes. ERP Systems Optimization • Act as the primary business owner for JDE financial modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Inventory, and Procurement working directly with IT to optimize JDE financial modules and ensure data integrity. • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, define requirements, and implement solutions. • Manage cross-functional projects from concept through implementation, including documentation and stakeholder alignment.
