Support creative marketing campaigns by assisting with graphic and production design, adapting files, and contributing ideas. | Must be enrolled in a related creative major, proficient in Adobe Photoshop, and able to work full-time during summer 2026. | About the Role & Program The Disney+ Creative Marketing team develops print, AV, digital, and out-of-home materials for Disney+ and Disney Bundle brands, as well as post-theatrical campaigns. We seek a proactive and motivated Graphic Design Intern to join the Design Team. As an intern, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting creative marketing campaigns and report directly to the Senior Manager of Title Design. What You Will Do • Support graphic and production design for film campaigns after their theatrical run and contribute to creative marketing materials for Disney+ and the Disney Bundle. Projects may include in-service artwork for Disney+, developing key art concepts, digital and OOH adaptations, web banners, event signage, and more. • Assist with adapting versions and preparing files as required • Contribute fresh, innovative ideas to the team, presenting suggestions to the Design Team when new projects come up • Offer design support to both the static design team and, when needed, the AV team for layouts and comps • Become well-versed in the Disney+ and Disney Bundle style guides to ensure all designs accurately reflect the brands and meet The Walt Disney Company’s high creative standards. • Build presentations • Handle multiple projects at once and deliver assigned design work on time Required Qualifications & Skills • Adobe Photoshop expert with prior experience in Illustrator desired but not required • Thrives in fast-paced environments, works well and stays organized under pressure, and strong ability to juggle multiple projects at once, pivoting and re-prioritizing as needed • Portfolio required (acceptable forms include website, PDF) • Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, Mac OS Preferred Qualifications • Interest in a career in creative marketing/advertising • Prior experience in file output process and organization • Previous internship and/or work experience in a creative agency, in a studio, or related field a plus Education • Preferred Junior, Senior preferred • Majoring in graphic design, digital design, entertainment design, advertising, marketing, or related creative major Eligibility Requirements & Program Information: Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements: • Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship. • Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program. • Be at least 18 years of age • Possess unrestricted work authorization Additional Information: • Must provide full work availability from June through August 2026. • Must provide own housing and transportation, position is located in Burbank, CA. We are looking for an experienced Manager, AI Technical Product Management to serve as a technical product leader bridging OTE's AI capabilities with Disney's diverse businesses. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
