Program Enablement & Credentialing: • Manage partner cohort enrollments and configure tailored content experiences that meet unique partner needs. • Track partner progress, engagement, and completion metrics to provide visibility and drive program success. • Oversee Credly workflows, troubleshoot badge issues, and ensure accurate badge issuance throughout the lifecycle.
