Manage insurance program systems and workflows, perform technical configurations, support M&A system integrations, and coordinate cross-functional teams. | 5+ years as a Business Systems Analyst in insurance, hands-on experience with Vertafore platforms, P&C insurance knowledge, managing multiple workstreams, and strong communication skills. | Position Title: Business Systems Analyst Location: Remote Contract Duration: 6 mo. with potential to extend – rolling or converting Interview Process: 2 rounds Project Details: This person will be responsible for building and maintaining Insurance Programs via our client's technology platforms and operational workflows, as well as supporting upcoming M&A activities which will require managing large system integrations. Overseeing program development, integration, overseeing the configuration of rate/quote/bind/issuance systems, and connecting business unit stakeholders across the company and leading M&A integrations. Must-Have Skills: • Experience as a Business Systems Analyst managing insurance programs (5 years) • Experience performing technical configurations and managing data • Hands on experience with Vertafore Insurance plaforms • Must come for an insurance background – specifically P&C Property and Casualty. General Liability will be the most helpful • Experience working in a high paced environmen with the ability to manage 5-6 workstreams. • Strong communication skills, and the ability to tailor a message to the right audience • Day to Day: • Hands on within the insurance platforms and programs • Presenting to leadership • Hands on technical work within modules, preforming system configurations • Assisting with technical needs – working cross functionally • Documentation • Assigning and tracking work • Creating schedules. • Laying out workflows. • Choosing the right tools and resources.
