You’ll evaluate project potential, prepare and present quotes, and build long-term relationships with brokers, investors, and key industry partners. Responsibilities • Manage company-provided leads and determine loan eligibility. • Send quotes, follow up on opportunities, and finalize term sheets. • Cultivate and expand relationships with mortgage brokers and investors. • Partner with operations to ensure seamless processing and loan closings. • Maintain a high level of communication, follow-up, and organization.
