Accountable for operational performance, scalability, process excellence, and alignment with firm-wide strategic objectives. Drive transformation initiatives, workforce strategy, and long-term operational planning. Your Key Contributions Define and execute operational strategy aligned with firm-wide goals. Partner with executive leadership on long-term planning, forecasting, and organizational design. Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve scalability, automation, and service delivery. Oversee multiple teams/functions, not just assigned teams, ensuring consistency and standardization across operations. Establish enterprise-wide production frameworks, workflows, and governance models. Own operational performance across departments, including throughput, quality, and cost efficiency. Identify systemic inefficiencies and implement enterprise-level solutions. Define and govern KPIs across departments; ensure alignment to business outcomes. Hold senior managers accountable for performance delivery. Develop long-term workforce strategy including global staffing models. Oversee capacity planning, budgeting, and resource allocation across departments. Ensure leadership pipeline development and succession planning. Lead and develop Supervisors. Drive leadership capability, coaching frameworks, and talent development programs. Foster a high-performance, accountable, and scalable culture. Act as liaison between operations and executive leadership. What Makes You a Great Fit Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree (MBA or related) preferred. 10–15+ years of progressive operations experience 7–10+ years in senior leadership (managing managers/sr. managers) Proven experience leading multi-team or multi-functional operations Demonstrated success in strategic planning and execution, organizational scaling and workforce optimization Manages Complexity: Effectively handles complex, fast-changing environments by connecting priorities, simplifying challenges, and making sound decisions. Plans & Aligns: Sets clear goals and ensures teams and functions are aligned to execute against company priorities. What You'll Do Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Managers, driving accountability, performance, and career growth. Hire, onboard, mentor, and support team members through all stages of development. Foster strong product thinking, prioritization skills, stakeholder management, customer-centricity, and decision-making across the team. Manage team capacity, balancing priorities while removing obstacles to execution. Drive Product Strategy and Execution Translate organizational product strategy into actionable roadmaps, priorities, and team goals. Own a broad product area and ensure initiatives align with business objectives and client needs. Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, define solutions, and deliver measurable outcomes. Continuously improve product processes including intake, discovery, prioritization, requirements management, and delivery practices. Stay Hands-On in Product Leadership Serve as a Product Manager on strategic, complex, or high-visibility initiatives. Lead discovery efforts, define requirements, and shepherd initiatives from concept through delivery. Model product excellence by demonstrating strong product judgment, customer focus, and execution discipline. Build the Product Function Help establish and mature product management as a core capability at LLF. Contribute to product operating models, standards, best practices, and team processes. Partner with product leadership to evolve the organization's long-term product strategy and ways of working. Collaborate Across the Business Work closely with Engineering, PMO, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Product Marketing teams. Balance business needs, technical considerations, regulatory requirements, and user experience priorities. Communicate product decisions, risks, progress, and outcomes clearly to senior leaders and stakeholders. What You Bring Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience. 5-7 years of Product Management experience with ownership of software, technology, or internal-facing products. 2-4 years of direct people leadership experience, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and employee development. Strong experience leading cross-functional initiatives from discovery through launch. Proven ability to create product requirements, facilitate prioritization, and drive execution. Working knowledge of modern software development practices and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams. Experience with product management tools, road mapping platforms, backlog management, documentation, and collaboration software. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at multiple levels of the organization. Preferred Qualifications Experience in Legal Tech, law firms, or legal services organizations. Experience working within highly regulated industries such as healthcare, financial services, insurance, or government. Experience helping organizations build or mature product management functions.
