Own product domain strategy, roadmap, and delivery of scalable systems through cross-functional collaboration. | 7+ years product management experience with strong judgment, data-driven decision-making, and experience in complex technical enterprise products. | Position Purpose The Lead Product Manager is a hands-on product role responsible for owning a defined product domain and translating Lisinski Law Firm’s product strategy into shipped outcomes. Operates as an independent product contributor with ownership of a defined product area, collaborating closely with PMs, Product Owners, and Business Analysts to support successful delivery This role focuses on clarity, judgment, and delivery in a regulated, high-stakes environment. Lead Product Manager work closely with Design, Engineering, Legal, and Operations to turn complex requirements into scalable, reliable systems that support both client experience and operational efficiency. Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities · Own a defined product area end‑to‑end, including roadmap development, prioritization, and delivery of measurable outcomes. · Translate firm‑level strategy and OKRs into clear, actionable product direction that guides planning and execution. · Evaluate and communicate trade‑offs between speed, risk, experience quality, and long‑term platform health to enable sound decision‑making. · Use operational metrics, customer insights, and data analysis to define problem spaces and inform product decisions. · Partner with Design to explore, test, and validate solutions before committing engineering resources. · Develop clear product briefs, PRDs, and decision records that align stakeholders and support high‑quality execution. · Collaborate closely with Engineering, IT, vendors, and external partners to deliver reliable, scalable, and high‑quality solutions. · Sequence initiatives strategically manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and minimize operational disruption. · Oversee product launches with assigned ownership, well‑defined success metrics, and structured post‑launch learning. · Provide guidance and mentorship to support Product Managers, Product Owners, and Business Analysts while elevating product thinking, documentation quality, and decision hygiene. Minimum Education and Experience Requirements (Essential Skills, Knowledge & Abilities) · Bachelor’s degree preferred or advanced · 7+ years of experience in product management, with a strong record of delivering complex or technical products · Experience owning complex enterprise or platform products end‑to‑end, including workflows, rules engines, data models, and system‑level architectural decisions. · Strong judgment in navigating ambiguity, evolving requirements, and high‑stakes tradeoffs—balancing speed, risk, and long‑term platform health. · Data‑driven approach to framing problems, making decisions, and prioritizing work across multiple initiatives. · Proven ability to break large bodies of work into phased execution plans and lead cross‑functional teams from discovery through delivery and iteration. · Experience in regulated or high‑risk environments, with interest or experience applying AI responsibly within product workflows.
