Lead end-to-end project management for Connected TV initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, risks, and ensuring alignment with strategic goals. | Requires strong technical comprehension of Connected TV/OTT platforms, excellent communication, leadership presence, stakeholder management, facilitation skills, and experience with digital product launches. | 9+ month contract role with opportunity to extend Pay range: $60-65 per hour Hybrid: 3-4 days a week in Inglewood, CA (90303) We are seeking a Project Manager to provide program and project management leadership and resources to support our digital product and technology portfolio. We are considering a partnership that can: • Provide highly skilled program and project management professionals at the scale needed to support the full scope of the digital portfolio. • Provide highly skilled program and project management professionals to ensure the success of delivery teams operating in various delivery models (e.g. internal vs. outsourced delivery, kanban vs. sprint). • Provide highly skilled program and project management professionals to enable portfolio governance and resource allocation decisions. Scope The Media Product & Technology group possesses a portfolio of fan-facing products, core services, a subscription business, and content that serve our fans and various business partners. The portfolio includes teams across product platforms, Fantasy business, our subscription business, data services, technical services, video and advertising operations and PMO. Program Management and PMO work together to support the delivery of work across contractual media obligations, Operations of Digital Live Content and building experiences for fan facing products. We are looking for the below role to join our Business Operations/Program Management and PMO teams collectively. Three main qualities for this role: Proactive, High EQ, Detail Driven Responsibilities: • Lead the end-to-end project management for all Connected TV roadmap initiatives, from concept through launch and post-launch optimization. • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. • Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, UX/UI, content, etc.) and external partners to ensure project milestones are met. • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or roadblocks. • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. • Ensure all projects align with the company’s strategic goals and deliver a high-quality user experience. Required Qualifications • Technical Comprehension: understanding of Connected TV platforms, OTT services, and digital media technologies. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Proactive and positive mindset to keep teams focused and engaged. • Strong emotional intelligence and relationship skills. • Polished leadership presence and experience creating accountability across teams. • A willingness to play different roles to fill gaps. If they cannot fill the gaps, they are proactively working with leadership and various stakeholders to help fill it. • A willingness to partner with Product, Design, and Engineering leaders. Someone who will help solution in addition to driving the team forward. • Strong facilitation and workshop capabilities to help cross-functional teams define the outcomes and then deliver on those outcomes. • Experience managing Stakeholder feedback, input, knowledge sessions to inform business requirements. • Experience with digital product launches including redesigns or rebuilds, specifically CTV. • Ability to facilitate and solution amongst opposing team views to get to an aligned approach or decision. • Strong ability to manage decision making process including managing up and holding people accountable to deadlines. • Solution driven but not afraid to fail and learn from it. • Strong communication skills based on reading the room, understanding the ask and knowing the audience. • Work with PMO to deliver required documentation and detail as part of Drive Planning. • Ability to partner with program management to ensure status and detail are shared and each role complements each other. • Work with vendor partners to track work across various teams. • Comfortable working within ambiguity to define and document requirements. • Holds themselves accountable to their team, the PMO team and the broader department.

Direct Hire (No C2C or third-party submissions) Location: Addison 75001 Schedule: Fully remote but would prefer someone who lives in the DFW area so that they come in for meetings occasionally Interview process: 2 rounds of virtual interviews The SQL Developer III is a senior-level engineer responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and reliability of internal applications, automations, and data infrastructure. This role focuses on diagnosing system failures, deploying production fixes, and reinforcing the integrity of code and data pipelines that support core operations. Working cross-functionally with incident managers, DevOps, analysts, and QA teams, the SQL Developer delivers rapid solutions to urgent issues while contributing to long-term system resilience and scalability. This position demands a strong technical foundation, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Needs: • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Python, SQL, and automation development, with exposure to both application and data workflows. • Proven expertise in Grafana, including building dashboards, setting up alerts, and monitoring system performance. • Strong debugging and troubleshooting capabilities across the technology stack—Python scripts, SQL queries, stored procedures, data pipelines, and system integrations. • Advanced proficiency in relational databases, including writing complex queries, optimizing stored procedures, and tuning performance. • Experience supporting production systems and automation in dynamic, real-time environments. • Familiarity with observability and log analysis tools such as Grafana or the ELK stack. • Solid understanding of ETL/ELT pipelines, internal tool development, and scripting business logic. • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems (e.g., Git), Agile methodologies, and standard software development lifecycle practices. • Strong communication and documentation skills, including the creation of runbooks and postmortem reports. • Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based data platforms is a plus. • Exposure to Azure environments is a plus. • Willingness to participate in after-hours incident response when necessary. • Ability and motivation to learn and take ownership of end-to-end business processes critical to the role’s success. Preferred: • Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) experience Duties: Production Support & Break/Fix Engineering • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production automations, data workflows, application services, and ETL pipelines. • Debug Python scripts, SQL queries, stored procedures, and internal tools to identify and address root causes. • Participate in live incident response, triage sessions, and post-incident reviews to ensure timely resolution and continuous improvement. Script & Query Remediation • Modify and optimize Python scripts, SQL queries, and data transformations to fix failures or improve performance. • Validate and deploy hotfixes through peer-reviewed, version-controlled CI/CD pipelines. • Ensure all code changes meet standards for accuracy, integrity, and rollback safety. Tool & System Maintenance • Maintain and enhance internal tools for monitoring job health, detecting data anomalies, tracking exceptions, and routing business logic. • Implement logging, alerting, retry mechanisms, and metadata tracking to improve system observability and reliability. • Reduce technical debt by refactoring error-prone components and improving code quality. Cross-Team Diagnostics • Collaborate with analysts and incident managers to trace failures, reproduce bugs, and investigate data discrepancies. • Provide root cause analysis for both application and data-related incidents, supporting teams in understanding system behavior. Documentation & Knowledge Sharing • Record root causes, resolution details, and response timelines for major incidents. • Develop and maintain shared documentation, runbooks, and remediation guides in Confluence. • Standardize knowledge transfer processes for recurring failure patterns and resolution workflows.
