Support the S&OP process by assisting with data collection, reporting, and communication activities within a supply chain organization. | Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, Operations, or related field, with exposure to tools like Power BI, SQL, or Excel preferred. | S&OP Analyst Intern - Summer 2026 Req #5366 Kemper Meadow Dr, Forest Park, OH 45240, USA• Cincinnati, OH, USA Job Description Posted Tuesday, February 3, 2026, 11:00 PM Job Summary The Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Analyst Intern will support the S&OP process for assigned customers or channels under the guidance of the S&OP team. This role provides hands-on exposure to demand planning, supply planning, data analysis, and cross-functional communication within a dynamic Supply Chain organization. The intern will assist with preparing reporting materials, analyzing data, supporting meetings, and contributing to new product planning activities. Essential Job Functions * • Support creation of demand deck and reporting materials for monthly S&OP meetings. • Assist in scheduling and preparing for monthly S&OP meetings for assigned customers/channels. • Help collect, organize, and maintain supply chain data related to demand, supply issues, and inventory. • Assist with communication of project updates, supply status, and action items to internal stakeholders. • Support efforts to track and mitigate customer fines by gathering data and preparing summaries. • Help maintain the S&OP action register, ensuring updates and follow-ups are documented. • Conduct ad hoc reporting and basic analysis as directed by the S&OP team. • Analyze POS or sales data to identify trends under supervision. • Assist with new item planning by collecting required inputs, tracking progress, and preparing forecast summaries. • Support periodic reviews of new item forecasts versus actual performance. • Attend internal and external meetings as needed to observe and support S&OP activities. • Help facilitate communication between the Supply Chain Planning department, Sales, and other cross-functional teams. • This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee. Education & Experience • Currently pursuing a BS/BA in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, Operations, or related field. • Interest in consumer-packaged goods (CPG) or demand/supply planning preferred. • Exposure to tools such as Power BI, SQL, or Excel is desirable. • Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, JDE/E1, GAINS) is a plus but not required.
