The International Student Coordinator supports student engagement activities and assists with admissions functions, ensuring a smooth experience for prospective international students. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects are also essential. | Job Description: The International Student Coordinator supports The Community Solution Education System’s mission of preparing innovative, engaged, purposeful agents of change who serve our global community. Reporting to the Director of Global Student Engagement, the International Student Coordinator assists the Global Engagement team by supporting student engagement activities, and assisting with admissions functions including document collection, and in-house evaluation of select student transcripts. The role ensures prospective international students have a smooth experience through the admissions process, focusing on administrative support for recruitment and engagement activities, maintaining compliance with institutional and regulatory guidelines. The Coordinator plays a critical role in the engagement and administrative aspects of international recruitment and student support, with occasional travel, nationally and globally, up to 10% annually. Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Review and evaluate select prospective international student transcripts for accuracy and compliance with institutional admission standards. Provide administrative support in following up on leads, managing inquiries, and ensuring student applications progress smoothly through the admissions funnel. Assist Global Engagement Recruiters with student engagement activities, focusing on document collection and application completeness. Support Global Engagement’s international recruitment and engagement efforts by participating in promotional events, fairs, tours, and related activities, virtual and in-person. Work with the Global Engagement team to achieve international student recruitment goals and overall international strategy across the System. Ensure accurate reporting and tracking of international student activities in the CRM system, including gathering, tracking, and reporting of data. Coordinate with college admissions teams to ensure seamless communication regarding student applications, pre-departure briefings, and orientations. Stay current on changing regulations and federal policies affecting international services and provide timely modalities to educate and support all System institutions on evolving regulations. Examine current international admissions, recruitment and engagement processes, focusing on process improvements and best practices for continuous improvement. Perform other duties as required. Position Requirements Bachelor's degree required. Knowledge of immigration rules and regulations pertaining to college admissions policies and procedures. Experience working with international education programs, international student services and/or higher education administration. Two or more years of direct experience reviewing/evaluating foreign transcripts and advising students on F-1/J-1 visa categories. Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) and managing data for tracking and reporting. Strong intercultural communication skills with a focus on supporting diverse student populations. Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally. Position Qualifications Must be a self-starter, with an entrepreneurial disposition; must demonstrate a high level of customer service; attention to detail; and organizational and problem-solving ability. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Ability to learn and apply applicable federal regulations. Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities. Ability to demonstrate cultural sensitivity and diplomacy. Ability to maintain flexible schedule to accommodate international time zones (when necessary). Compensation & Benefits This opportunity is budgeted at $50,000 - 55,000 base compensation. Additional compensation factors may impact total compensation. Manage operational and project support for academic program development and implementation across multiple colleges ensuring compliance and coordination. | Bachelor's degree with 5-10 years postsecondary administration experience, strong communication, leadership, project management skills, and ability to work independently on multiple projects. | Job Description: The Associate Director of Academic Operations will work collaboratively with the affiliate institutions to serve a shared vision of academic excellence, providing operational and project management support, specialized expertise and strategic guidance for the affiliates’ academic initiatives. The Associate Director will assist in the management of the operational component of academic program development to ensure that new and modified programs launch on time and meet goals for academic quality, fiscal and operational feasibility. Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Support the development and implementation of modified or new programs from conception to launch Provide advice and assistance to the colleges, as well as TCSES personnel, on the requirements of and process for program implementation and approval Develop project plans that facilitate monitoring and tracking program implementation for each institution Key coordination of all Programs that are newly developed and any maintenance or changes to colleges’ programs – Works closely across the specific college along with all areas of TCSES (Marketing, Admissions, IT, Financial Aid, Student Accounts, Student Academic Support, etc.) to implement new programs Ensures that programs are compliant with their Accreditors Ensures that colleges are following their academic catalogues in setting up or changing programs/courses, etc. Communicates these standards across TCSES Review internal program modification requests to identify the regulatory impact and institutional requirements, and provide guidance to the college academic leadership. Maintain working knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards for program development Assist in the tracking and management of catalog review, changes, and publication of the College’s catalogues. Understand the technology used to implement all new and modified programs. Understand the implications involved with business processes and complexities Effectively work across teams to successfully integrate New Colleges joining TCSES Perform other related duties as assigned. Position Requirements: Strong verbal and written communications skills, including the ability to clearly and respectfully articulate differing points of view Comfortable interacting with high level executives and administration, as well as regulatory agencies. Ability to understand increasing complexities with various program. Ability to take best practices from one college and execute across the entire System. Ability to work on multiple projects independently and simultaneously. Computer literate in word-processing, spread sheets, desktop publishing and databases. Strong leadership skills and project management skills Position Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required. A minimum of 5-10 years of postsecondary administration experience required. Strong general research skills. Ability to understand various levels of degrees, and quickly assimilate how to implement programs at the College level and across the System. Physical Requirements: Ability to perform sedentary work Ability to operate office equipment including computer, printers, and phone Ability to travel preferred.
