JOB DESCRIPTION: • Various packaging duties, as well as temporary assignments throughout Mixing, Make-up, and Packaging areas to cover job vacancies as deemed necessary and scheduled by immediate supervisor. • Sanitation duties as assigned. • Will be required to operate Lift Truck and Powered Pallet Jack. • Individual should have mechanical aptitude since duties may include relieving of Machine Set-up. • The Production Helper/GBH must support all plant safety, quality, SAP, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives. Fabricates or modifies machines, tools, or equipment to manufacture new products or improve existing products. • Performs Preventative Maintenance (PM), inspections, corrective repairs, special projects/equipment rebuilds • Performs execution and resolution of equipment breakdowns/repairs. • Leverages methodologies including, but not limited to: root cause analysis (RCA), break down failure analysis (BDA) and cause maps to identify and resolve equipment issues. • Utilizes predictive maintenance technologies to identify failures and takes correct follow-up actions. The Senior Manager, Category & Shopper Strategy is responsible for the effective communication of distribution and shelving principles that are in sync with merchandising and pricing priorities supporting the Annual Operating Plan. As Senior Manager, Digital UX, you’ll lead the charge to reimagine our websites and email platforms from transactional touchpoints to immersive, insight-driven brand experiences. • This role is more than optimization — it’s about designing what’s next. What you will do... Lead Digital Experience Strategy • Define and champion a visionary UX strategy that reimagines consumer engagement across digital touchpoints. • Architect intuitive, high-performing user experiences rooted in behavioral data and consumer insights. • Build scalable design systems that reflect brand voice and adapt to evolving expectations. • Lead the team responsible for all brand websites and email platforms, ensuring consistency and innovation across the portfolio. Drive Performance-Led Design • Oversee day-to-day execution with a focus on measurable outcomes — conversion, engagement, loyalty, and growth. • Foster a culture of agile iteration through A/B testing, behavioral analytics, and real-time optimization. • Continuously evolve user journeys using AI-driven personalization and emerging UX trends. Own SEO, GEO & AEO Strategy • Implement enterprise-level SEO strategies to drive discoverability and organic performance. • Shape the future of search through Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO). • Integrate evolving search behaviors and platform innovations into UX design processes. Lead Our Audience Data Strategy • Serve as the enterprise lead for audience data strategy, collaborating across media, analytics, content, and IT. • Define and prioritize data use cases that unlock personalized experiences and business value. • Partner with agencies to track performance, optimize execution, and ensure strategic alignment. Champion Data-Driven Approach • Collaborate with analytics teams to translate performance data into actionable UX insights. • Develop dynamic dashboards and reporting tools to guide decision-making and strategy. • Fuse data and design to deliver relevance and value at owned digital touchpoints. Collaborate Across the Ecosystem • Act as the voice of the user across digital initiatives, connecting brand ambition to digital execution. • Partner with IT, media, content, social, and PR teams to ensure seamless integration across the marketing ecosystem. • Inspire cross-functional teams to elevate possibilities through collaboration and innovation. Who you will work with... • Digital UX team, including direct partnership with the Senior Manager, Digital UX • Cross-functional teams: IT, Media, Content, Social, PR, Analytics, and Agency Partners • Broader Consumer Experience and Marketing leadership What you bring to the table... (Must Have) • 8+ years of progressive experience in digital UX, web/email experience design, or digital product leadership • Proven success leading large-scale UX transformations across complex brand portfolios • Expertise in translating data, business goals, and creative ambition into connected digital experiences • Hands-on experience with CMS platforms, SEO/SEM, responsive design, and personalization engines • Fluency with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, heatmapping, AI-based testing platforms) • Strong leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to influence across disciplines • A portfolio that demonstrates strategic thinking, executional excellence, and measurable impact • Bachelor’s degree required It would be nice if you have... (Nice to Have) • Experience with AI-driven personalization and emerging UX technologies • Familiarity with GEO and AEO strategies and their application in digital marketing • Exposure to enterprise-level digital transformation initiatives • Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices Compensation and Benefits: The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $140,400-$201,800 Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
